Publié le 26 déc. 2017 sur HotelsDu 23 au 25 décembre on était tout seul dans l’hotel ! Situé dans un endroit un peu seul du village. Literie trop molle d ou mal de dos . Mais personnel très très sympa . le seul vrai hic est un portail fermé d ou attente quand on rentre dans l’hotel . Sinon hôtel correct piscine correcte

Como que si como que no...las habitaciones excelentes pero llegar a ellas no.

Lamentamos que no haya sido de su agrado, llegar a la habitación nunca había sido un problema para ningún huésped, pero agradecemos que haya reconocido la calidad de las habitaciones.

We enjoyed staying here with our children for 2 nights at the start of our Costa Rica trip. They loved the pool and jacuzzi. We stayed in a room behind the reception which was large, clean, comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. WiFi in the room was poor but was absolutely fine in the restaurant area and around the pool. All the staff we met were very pleasant and helpful when needed. Breakfasts and evening meals were tasty. Recommended.

Good hotel

My husband had warm water before me but a large group of teen girls getting ready as the same time as me in the AM. That was understandable but then when I had a head of cold wet hair I discovered the hair dryer was broken! Not working at all. The best part was the pretty fruit drink they gave us upon arrival. Breakfast was good and the room very comfortable.

Thank you for your review, I apologize for the inconvenience, we have plenty of hot water available, we have a solar heated system so it takes a couple of minutes for the water to run from the tank to your room, but if you leave the water run for a couple of minutes then you will notice how hot the water becomes.

Bad Hotel They Misrepresent Rooms and Ammenities

They misrepresent the rooms charged me for a apartment kitchen suite and my wife and kids show up and they said the room was not available even though we booked it through Hotels.com and paid for it through hotel.com and then the owner charged my cc as well before we arrived for this kitchen apartment suite, they showed pictures of it on their listing with full kitchen and refrigerator so we brought food for our 2 young children to keep in the refridge and to cook for them. Hotel.com called them and they said they would fix it in 15- 20 minutes and put us in this room. When this did not happen 1 hour later hotel.com called the back and then they informed both of us that they did not have a room like this at their hotel. Add to this no hot water. The breakfast buffet was terrible. The hot tubs outside by the pool they advertise are not working and and have not been working for a long time. Do not stay at this hotel. What is really weird is when they charge your credit card they list the charge as a language school not a hotel.
