They don't have a swimming pool and on one side there is a homeless camp.

Check in issue with hotel.com

Check in was difficult as hotel.com requested a room with a TUB and that was the hold up with registration. After a long wait I questioned why the delay. I was told that a room with a tub would be available shortly. I said that I don’t need a tub and a room was available now

The place is nice but the staff was not friendly at all. The was a front desk black male staff that was very rude to us. The other staff members were nice and friendly. The room was spaceous and my wife loved it.

It was nicer than I expected EXCEPT the refrigerator and microwave were really odd (foreign); the microwave was plugged into the fridge (or visa-verse) and neither were plugged into the wall? I'm not helpless though but still ridiculous. AND my key card stopped working twice. Had to return to the front desk because I was locked out of my room. Very inconvenient.

Great location and very friendly helpful staff. Also great location close to shopping and dining. Only complaint is the layout of the bathroom. The toilet is right next to the door and shares a sliding door with the closet. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. Highly recommend.
