Was promised a handicapped accessible room with a roll in shower. Upon check in, was told there were none available. My mother-in-law was unable to use the shower during her stay. TERRIBLE OUTCOME.

they charge parking per keys is not working for parking three time. I went in the reception change the key.

Honestly very satisfied with my stay.
Got a room because we came to a concert at the SAP Center and everything was so convenient!
