Do not book with this hotel! Hidden fees and staff unhelpful! Bait & switch tactics with guests and would not refund booking even though I refused to stay at property.

Just used as a stop off while arriving in Costa Rica . The hotel is fine for a night or 2 big rooms, clean and nice breakfast . The property isn’t luxury but that being said was very suitable for 1 night and parking is free.

Pleasant stay

We enjoyed our stay during dec 28 and 29th. After our stay we came back to San Jose and since our flight was at 2 am, management at the front desk was very courteous and we were able to leave our luggage while we went out for few hours. Food was great.
