No tv even when it’s stated in the stay

My family of four stayed for three nights in a ground-level room near the parking lot entrance. Unfortunately, the room had a strong cigarette smell, and we found ashes by the window, which we reported to the front desk. The floor had debris, and housekeeping had to come back to clean. The pillows were flat, the sheets had stains, and we felt crumbs in the bed, making comfort an issue. The TV was not a smart TV and only had Dish Network, limiting our viewing options. The pictures on Expedia didn’t match the room, which was disappointing, but the location was convenient for our trip to Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz. Breakfast was basic with no protein options, just muffins, juice, cereal, toast, and a waffle maker. The pool looked fine but not like the online photos. There were some bystanders walking through the lot and people sitting in cars playing loud music. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, which improved the stay.
