Looks like a nice property but our stay was not great.
Spacious room and bath, but no hot water in the shower and the toilet made the loudest noise when flushed. In addition, the pipes made loud whistling noises In the middle of the night. Not great when you’re trying to get a good nights rest.
Shared feedback with the front desk and had no apology. Room 328 needs to have maintenance.
Plus side: Bar was nice and bartender made a great espresso martini.

Bad receptionist
Posted Sep. 12, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is nice. The rooms are decent, unfortunately the service isn’t great. The receptionist (a women mid 40’s with a tattooed right sleeve) was so rude to me while asking for a replacement room key. Her attitude not only to me but the clients ahead of me was really unnecessary. When you travel for work and are received with such a poor, attitude - it really makes me rethink where I spend my company’s money. Definitely not this hotel….. there are options. Find better personnel.
