Very clean essential amenities at an excellent price point. Airport Shuttle access was also a huge plus. Meticulously run by a dedicated family and located in a safe gated compound within a vibrant working class neighbourhood in San Jose. Will definitely be coming back 👍

I stayed at this B&B for a few hours while waiting for a midnight flight, and overall, it met my needs. The location is excellent—only five minutes from the airport, in a safe, secure gated community, which provided peace of mind for a quick stopover. The room was clean and had the basics for a short stay, so it served its purpose well. The main issue was the lack of transparency about payment. It’s a cash-only property, but I only discovered this upon my arrival, as it was buried in the policy section of the listing. I would’ve appreciated a clearer notification upfront, perhaps on the checkout page or through a direct message. Upon arrival the owner mentioned that he had sent me several messages, but they didn’t reach my email inbox until hours after I had already checked in and some came in the following day. This could have been a hotels.com issue, so I’d suggest using WhatsApp for real-time communication in the future. There were also a lot of rules, which made the atmosphere feel a bit rigid. For example, not being allowed to eat in the room. Overall, though, for the price and the short stay, it was fine. Just a bit more clarity on the policies and a warmer reception would make a big difference!

Stayed overnight to catch flight following day. Good communication. Good facilities. Welcoming. Very clean! The entire process from booking, stay, and checkout was straightforward and trouble free (Which is what you need after a long journey!). Highly recommended.

I really felt taken care of from the moment I made the reservation to spend my last nights in Costa Rica at Terida. The staff was exceptional. They were accommodating, flexible and communication was so easy. After a long day of travel from Caribe, I had a comfortable, clean place around wonderful people - and a beautiful hot shower, too. It was great that the airport was only a 10 minute drive away, too - no stress! The grounds are very nice - it feels like an oasis. Terida will be our regular stop in our visits to amazing Costa Rica. Pura Vida and thank you!

The planes taking off from the airport were directly above and very loud. Also no electrical plug in for a hair dryer or curling iron near the only mirror in the bathroom.

The staff, location near the airport, and cleanliness of Terida Airport B&B are excellent. I had an issue with cost because I had a third person and they were great and worked it out for me. The rooms are very clean and the kitchen area is wonderful with everything you need.
