The outside of the hotel doesn't look that good. However, the room itself was recently renovated and everything was relatively new. The room itself is very small but it was clean and comfortable. When you first drive in though, it looks pretty sketchy.

I'm going to say in a nutshells don't come here. If you don't want your car stolen don't come here. If you want problems with your neighbors come here. They will call the front desk and get you kicked out. For no reason. The management the old man that works there or owns the place will come to your door and he'll tell you that he's going to call the police. If you have warrants don't come here. I looked across the street and when I got the room you know to this day that I rented it for and it was police a lots of them in the Motel 6 parking lot right across the street. So who do you think is next?

This place wasn't to my expectation of a nice place. I was in the parking lot one night and this guy that didn't even stay there was in a car looking for somebody that stole his vehicle out of that parking lot. He stayed there all night and offered to watch my woman's car which was nice of him but that's kind of weird you know what you think? We got kicked out because the neighbors called the front desk and said we were being too loud but there was no noise there was nothing going on in our room it was just me there and my girlfriend was out working and it was just really inconvenient thing to do to somebody and really not too nice because I didn't do anything. The manager came and told me that he was going to call the police if I did did it again and I'm like what did I do? I would not come here because it is not like a good place to go when I made the reservation I asked for a queen size bed and it gave me a full. No remote for the TV. Roaches and bugs everywhere. Go find a better place to stay don't stay here

Im so nervous. I woke up ay the middle of the night because the occupants at the other room banging the wall so many times. When i called the hotel owner he is saying that there is nothing so i keep on calling him for. 3 times and told him im going to call a police. Its good that i only booked for 1 night stay. Im not going back at that place irs unsafe for a woman to stay there.

South of Downtown great location.
Stayed 2 nights. Excellent location South Downtown. A lot of great places to eat, walking distance to Diridon Station. Easy to commute using local transit, light rail or Uber/Lyft. Front desk kindly upgraded my stay. AC provided. Finishing were not the best work, house soap, toilet paper, towels get an F grade. Bring your own body wash, towel. They have a mini fridge and ice.

Clean and friendly motel
Me and my good friend have stayed here for some time. The motel employees are friendly and understanding. Pricing is good. They keep the rooms very clean and take out the mattress and clean them.

Everything was clean and new but soulless. They provided a fridge and a microwave. No coffee maker, nor was coffee provided on site. I was told that coffee and food was available near by. I would stay there again but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
