Accessible car park, large room and for any issues, staff is always ready either by the screen or onsite. However, a lot of sound coming from outside from cars and fans, also more could've been provided in the fridges as only 2 water bottles is not much. Otherwise great place if want to visit San Jose for a few days and will be using Uber to anywhere you go.

It was OK. I wasn’t too crazy about what it looked on the outside. Overall, the inside of the building was nice and clean. The rooms were nice and clean as well.
