Great place with a few caveats
Publié le 31 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe caretaker felt helicopter-y at times. The electricity usage is fine for 2 rooms but using all 4 and normal use of common area lights would easily go over the prepayment. So, heads up on that. Otherwise, great location, clean, and plenty of parking.

Lovely house
Publié le 28 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay in this house , very close from restaurants, bars and the beach , Don Luis helped us with everything we needed , the property is good for big families, AC worked perfectly in each room and the house was very clean and Don Luis make sure the pool was also clean .

Our dream vacation
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and our 2 teens , plus my inlaws (who live in nica) stayed at this AMAZING house for 5 days . Right away Don Luis was welcoming and helped get us settled and if we needed anything he was always available. The pool was always clean and nice and cool, We loved the rustic look of this house and loved that the kitchen had everything we needed. Our only real concern was the beds were a bit uncomfortable but we dealt with that fine .
Over all we absolutely would stay here again 💕

Amazing property, comfortable enough for large groups.

Plenty of areas like small living rooms to hang out in, and the pool was large enough for our group. Everything you need is in the kitchen, bring your own groceries.

This property is great to enjoy it with family. Don Luis is a great person. Very attentive and helpful. Always cleaning the pool and getting trash out.

Guy’s Vacation

House was very clean and air conditioners worked great in the bedrooms. Nice refreshing pool. On site caretaker was very friendly and helpful. we felt very safe and enjoyed our stay.

First off, address was not posted anywhere so I could not find the house, no phone number to contact person to meet us. House has many open areas where any type of animal can get in. Upon entering property I placed a food container down on the counter and immediately noticed at least a couple hundred ants all over the kitchen. They did have cups and utensils available but I would not use them considering the conditions. I notified maintenance person that lives there and he provided us with a bug spray… and said it’s not a big deal. Then after settling in and laying in the beds, my family was terrified and couldn’t sleep after hearing BAT noises INSIDE the house possibly inside the walls and up near the ceiling. Also heard multiple RATS running around and scratching/biting the wood. Next day I went to the beach, came back super tired ready to lay down just to find RAT DROPPINGS ON MY BED. My relative found bugs on his pillow and in the bathroom. Rooms had unpleasant smells also but compared to everything else that was the least of my worries. If a house is going to be rented or used for business these are UNACCEPTABLE conditions, these are types of animals that can have rabies sleeping in the same room as you. This house I recommend highly if you like rats, bats, ants, lizards, and possibly other creatures. I have photos of everything I’m stating I would not lie about this. The one thing I did like is all the rooms were equipped with air conditioning.

What an amazinf house.great for a big family,spacious,cozy and the breeze at night very calming.very near the beach all things close by for anything you need.i will defenitely come back
