The 20th-floor studio directly facing the ocean provides a great view and total privacy: no one can see inside the apartments with the blinds totally open. Right on the ocean at the intersection of the two great beaches in San Juan -- Ocean Park Beach and Condado Beach. You can walk to the Ocean Park beach through the building's private entrance. The building has a huge adult pool, a child pool, a tennis court, and a small gym. On the beach, you will find beach volleyball courts. The unit has one covered private assigned parking space.

The view and the location are absolutely the best in San Juan and rival any other in the Caribbean. This is a studio apartment furnished with all new furniture in late 2018. The kitchen was remodeled in late 2018. The bathroom is the original bathroom and remains un-remodeled. What makes up for it is the view and the location and the effect of the combination of being right on the beach, being high up, getting the most amazing breeze, being located in the center of the building, and a great spot in San Juan and towards the end of Ocean Park Beach. This blocks all city noise but somehow allows you to hear well the sweet sound of waves crashing on the beach. You also get a spectacular panoramic view of the blue sky and the blue ocean. So while you have access to all that a metropolitan city offers, you also have your private secluded beachfront property where you can enjoy nature fully without leaving the comforts of the city or even your room. To get to the beach, venture out of our private gate and you are in the most secluded and private part of Ocean Park beach. It is like you have your own private beach. Note that the apartment has no in-unit washer and dryer. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building.
