Good short stay
Publié le 30 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall the property could use updating and paint but the unit was good for a short stay. Not much space to put stuff. Have to live out of suitcase. Other then that, the unit has beautiful views as advertised

Great view and location
Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe view from the balcony is amazing, like your over the water looking down due to being up so high. If your not one for driving around on vacation this location is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. There is a grocery store a few blocks away as well. We were able to do tours in and around Old San Juan, with meeting locations within a 5 minute walk from our location. Some work being done to the building which was deceiving at first but not a hinderance. People were nice within the building, out at the pool as well as on the beach. Security is in place and staff working at the building we observed upholding certain rules and expectations to others. Could of used an extra blanket and towels. Overall we were pleased and had a great time. Hospitality wherever we went was very exceptional.

Fabulous Stay

Convenient location! Excellent communication, view, amenities per condo, hands down 5 star, staff friendly & attentive. It was EVERYTHING we hoped for and more! Highly recommend & would definitely stay again!

Great Location but...
Publié le 5 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe unit is located in a great location with a great view of the ocean, on the west side of Condado, and within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants.
However, the room is small for a suite and not well-maintained. The unit furniture is old, stained, and generally not very clean. When I arrived there was a cigarette butt in the toilet and the towels had a tobacco smell. There are cracks in the walls in some places and the appliances are old. The coffee water heater didn't work. There was only one saucepan and a couple of frying pans. While it has a full kitchen, it's a very small space. There is another section with a microwave and a few other appliances oddly placed on the balcony, which is divided by a glass door. Several cables were hanging down the exterior of the building, possibly from scaffolding, that obstructed the view.
The grounds themselves were unkept, While the larger pool was operational, a smaller pool was full of leaves and looked like it hadn't been used for some time.
I was by myself on this trip and it made do, but there are many choices of places to stay in the Condado area for $250/night, so when I return with my wife for a longer stay we'll make a different choice

Thanks, Raymond for staying with me and being my guest. The apartment is as advertised in the photos. I am not sure why you expected a larger place. Yes, the kitchen is small. That is why I have put a 6ft chef table on the balcony with an induction burner and microwave to cook at. Also, cooking right by the ocean with the fabulous ocean view is much more fun. All this is perfectly visible in the photos and I am not sure why it was a surprise for you. A few days before your arrival, we replaced the oven with a brand new oven. We are replacing the refrigerator next week. The hot water kettle was not broken. The surge protector you plugged it in needed to be reset. I wish you would have called me. I wold have helped you troubleshoot and this would have been resolved. Had you mentioned this to me or the cleanliness issues you encountered, I would have been happy to send my staff and recleaned to your desire. I am not sure what you found stained. The chairs are plastic, the tables are glass and metal, and the only couch is covered with a cover that we have 3 copies of and we routinely wash and replace it. And we had the carpets washed professionally last month. We will look for the cracks in the walls and patch and paint if found. We have an 8-inch chef's pan, a small frying pan, a 7.5 7.5-quart enameled Cast Iron Dutch Oven, and a 2.5 Quart saucepan along with a small slow cooker. It looks like you missed some of these. Had you contacted me, I would have been happy to help you find them or get anything else you would have needed.

The Perfect View

Nima the host is Amazing he gave us the most beautiful View I can imagine not to mention it’s on the 21st Floor. The rugs Are amazing and antique. The Apartment was warming as if it was family. Everything you need is literally outside in the front. The security and people at the desk are very respectful. Please ladies and gentlemen don’t let this vacation stay get booked because you will regret it. Nima Your Are THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!
