Aquatika 7302 Ocean View- 3 bdrm condo - steps to beach!

This three-bedroom, two-bath condo for rent in the San Juan area boasts an ocean view and impressive amenities. Located at the beach front end of the Aquatika condo complex, this vacation home offers excellent accommodations and sleeps up to 8 guests.

Step out onto the glass-front balcony to see the ocean and main pool, both of which are just steps away. Swim in the many pools including a 'Rio Loco,' or Crazy River, lounge in the club house entertainment area, play tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, or mini golf.

Need a break from all the sun? Well, relax in this clean, contemporary condo with stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV's with cable in all rooms; free Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout condo.

Our on-site manager or his designee will meet you at a pre-arranged location and let you follow him to our unit where he will take a few minutes to familiarize you to the unit, the fabulous condo complex and the location of the 2 assigned parking spaces. You will receive a parking pass, the keys to the unit and beach gate, individual pool bracelets, our WiFi password, and our on-site manager's contact information - in case of emergencies. You are then free to settle in, pour yourself a cool drink, have a seat on the balcony, and make yourself at home!

Be sure to take advantage of all the excellent amenities at Aquatika while admiring the beautiful beach; gorgeous palm trees and lush landscape.

Throughout the complex, you will find multiple pools - including a “Rio Loco” or crazy river, water slide, water fall, clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball court, mini golf, hot tub, and several play areas for the little ones.

A vacation condo with living and dining areas, a kitchen, laundry room, private bedrooms, and a balcony provides more space at considerable less cost than a cramped hotel room. What a bargain!

Please be advised - Due to association rules, all guests allowed in the complex must be pre-registered and have a bracelet (they need to be included in your total guest count on your booking). No unregistered guests / visitors will be allowed, even if not using the pools. Guests are required to follow all condominium association rules and local laws. Any fines incurred during your stay will be the responsibility of the renter.

Please note that Puerto Rico, a Caribbean island, is vulnerable to hurricanes, tropical storms, droughts, water rationing and power outages. Before you plan travel, be sure to familiarize yourself with Puerto Rico’s climate so you’ll know what to expect.

Beautiful Condo, Stunning Property, We had the BEST TIME
We had the most wonderful time staying here in the beautiful Aquatika Condo 7203. The condo is gorgeous, there is a TON for the kids to do (pools, beach, mini golf, playgrounds) and it is steps to the beach with a beautiful ocean view. The host was so kind, communicative and honest and when we arrived, Juan Carlos was amazing. He was waiting when we arrived and got us in so easily. Answered all of our questions and just made the check in and check out smooth. We would come back in a heartbeat. This property is beautiful. It's perfect for families with kids and the security is top notch. I cannot recommend this place enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our vacation was amazing! Thank you again for making our family vacation so special.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was clean and functional. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Having beach chairs and towels was quite helpful. The pools were great, we used them in the evening after our day excursions. El Yunque is not far from here. We found plenty of places to eat nearby. We felt completely safe staying here.far from here

Wonderful Condo with View of Ocean
I would highly recommend a stay at this amazing condo. The view of the ocean is awesome from the balcony where you can sit & have coffee or a meal. The kitchen is equiped with everything you need to cook and eat in for meals. The host and the property manager are excellent! They were readily available and eager to help make the stay perfect. We really appreciated all the great beach chairs (and lots of toys if you have children staying in the condo). They also have many games in the condo. The condo and the complex are beautifully maintained. It is a short walk through the gate to the semi-private beach where you can swim or just sit and enjoy the ocean. The beach is 90% used by the complex and it doesn't really connect to other beaches in the area (at least not while we were there with the tides coming in), so you can't walk for long walks from this small semi-private beach (but was never crowded because of that too). We slept well in the bed and found it comfortable (even though we were used to our own plush pillow top mattress). The heated pool near the condo was wonderful and we used it all the time. There are also other pools and hot tubs. The pool shaped like a river was being renovated and it is not a lazy river, but a river shaped pool and was down towards the other end of the complex. Security is 24/7 and you must wear wristbands. I don't think you can find a better condo/manager/owner in this complex then this one and the other one owned by this owner.

JC, property manager was excellent to deal with. Resort worked for all of us ages 69 to 9 years old. The location was great for accessing all that is available on the eastern half of the Island. 2nd time at the resort and likely not our last!

Horrible area and cleanest of the condo
When I read reviews before making reservations, it gave the impression that it’s an excellent place to stay, not true. Prior to the condo, the neighborhood was horrible. Upon approaching the condo while traveling there it was very secluded and scary. When we approached the area, we came upon a lot people hanging around very loud and noisy. When we arrived at the condo,the place wasn’t as clean. Bed sheets we unsanitary, kitchen utensils weren’t clean, place was very uncomfortable. Next day when my family went out to the pool, the water was steaming hot, like a sauna, just horrible. When my husband and I walked over to the so called private beach, it wasn’t private.I experienced outsiders which made my husband and I uncomfortable. We immediately called the manager and checked out. We were supposed to stay for a week, we only stood for a day and left. Horrible experience.

Family stay at Aquatika
This condo is in a great location within the complex, and it is well equipped with kitchen supplies and bonuses such as beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys, and sporting equipment for use in the complex. The property manager was quick to communicate, and made the check in/check out process easy. I would definitely recommend this property for nice amenities and convenient location to several attractions on the north east side of Puerto Rico such as El Yunque, bioluminescent bay in Fajardo, and Old San Juan.

The unit was great — completely met all of our needs for the week (extended family of 7 w/2 kids) The host has everything you need for a beach vacation - towels, chairs, toys, floats, coolers and more. The property was good — it’s a bit older and due for some refreshing (ie painting the buildings). The pool areas have very limited seating — the one I went to most frequently only had 3 chairs. The other weird thing was certain amenities were not open or available every day. Everything is open it seems Thursday - Sunday, it appears to be much busier on weekends. The beach area was just okay. There was a bit of a hill to get into the water. And while we were there we experienced fleas (or something similar) in the sand a few days. Nothing terrible just annoying. The property took security very seriously. The surrounding area seems a bit questionable—but in our travels we never encountered any problems. JC is the local constant who met us to take us to the unit — he was fabulous and available 24/7 if we needed anything. Overall I recommend this property for the value — if you want a luxury experience this is not for you. However if you want a lovely, well appointed unit with an ocean view — definitely consider this place.

Perfect in every way
Beautiful and safe property! Excellent communication with the property manager, can text or call him anytime! Great location at the resort, close to the big pool and beach. The condo has everything you could ever need, loved having washer and dryer. Only cons about loiza in general is not alot of restaurants near by or they are closed half the week. Apple Maps would say a place is open and we show up and it’s been closed since before hurricane. Overall a great place, would stay again.

Family Fun in Puerto Rico
We loved the facility and options within the complex even with the repairs they are still working on from the storms that had damaged it. The maintenance people really respected vacationers with the hours that they work and they were rarely heard. Thank you to the owners, Laura & Silva for having nearly everything ready that a family 18 months to 60 years old could need except a vacuum. However, the property manager Juan Carlos told us he'd leave it out for us in the future. Yes- we hope to return again someday. I had not contacted JC while we were there to request it or likely he would have come to help. He was very receptive to our needs. I appreciate Laura's quick response to my questions while we were choosing our condo to rent. Laura really followed through on the items we needed to travel with our grand daughter for our first big trip. She had even more items ready for our family than we had expected and it was lovely! The beach toys, chairs and floats were a hit. Thank you!! We also enjoyed the proximity to some of the local restaurants, El Yunque National Rainforest and Old San Juan. We took our Bioluminescent tour as well from Fajardo which was only 50 minutes.

This property was perfect for our group of four adults. However, if you have children it would definitely be wonderful for you! They have all the things needed for a day at the beach! It is located right by the pools and the beach. The property manager was amazing and was in constant contact with us as our flight was very delayed. I definitely recommend this property.

Relaxing place to headquarter when visiting Puerto Rico. Great semi-private beach to end a busy day, or take advantage of the pools or hot-tub. Juan Carlos was a great help with early check-in and with information which made our stay great.

So glad we stayed here!!!! They are so helpful and everything you need is there in the house. I was worried about the beach because we had flown but they had everything. Towels,chairs,sand toys, pool toys. We had the best time and if we ever head back to Puerto Rico we would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for family with small kids
This unit was perfect for our stay with our 5 and 1 year old boys. Great location for beach and pool, and our 5yo loved the mini golf and playgrounds too. Note that there aren’t many nearby restaurant options open during the week. While we were there many spots were open only for weekends. The kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked all dinners. Communication from Juan Carlos was fantastic.

Wonderful stay in Loiza
This is a great place to stay that is right in the middle of a lot of things to do. A rental car is a must but it creates a great hub. We loved the beach with calm warm waters. It's an easy day trip to El Yunque but be sure to get a reservation online. The AC was amazing especially when it was 95 degrees plus when we were there. Our host met us at the gate and gave great recommendations. At checkout we had a great conversation recounting our adventures with Juan. This place is exactly what is stated in the listing. Thank you for a great stay in a clean well appointed condo! Our family loved it.

Fun spot with lots to do
Our stay was great. Laura was good about communicating leading up to the reservation and check in and Juan Carlos is a great host (manager). The condo had everything we needed for the few days we were able to be there. Having soap, TP, paper towel, trash bags, sponge and some laundry supplies was great. We just needed to get the food we wanted and didn’t have to buy soaps that we would end up throwing away like at some VRBOs we have stayed at. Aquatika is a quiet neighborhood (at least while we were there). There is plenty to keep you entertained there, but the location is nice to be able to go in any direction to be to a point of interest within about 30-45 minutes. we came in on a Sunday so we were able to see the locals enjoying their weekend. I wish we would have come in on Saturday like planned so we would have plugged into the local happenings. Looked fun! We didn’t get to all of the pools but we enjoyed what we did do there. Especially the putt putt course.

Great property for family with kids
The property was perfect for us with our kids. They had a blast in all the pools. JC was easy to work with and very kind. The condo has everything you would need for the beach and swimming which was great for the kiddos. The property wasn’t as clean as I would have liked when we arrived, but I’m assuming that has to do with the previous guests not doing their part before leaving… dishes were very dirty and I had to wash everything before we could use them. I left the place cleaner than we found it, so I hope the next guests were more comfortable upon arrival. We did pay for an extra night to ensure a late checkout but felt rushed to leave the property as to fit into the property managers schedule. Overall our stay was great and the kids had a great time.
