A notre arrivée personne ne répond à la porte, un feuillet nous dit de se présenter à l'hôtel Acasia, un coin de rue plus loin. La réceptionniste est intriguée que personne n'a répondu au Wind Chimes et nous accompagne à cette hôtel car elle a la clef. En ouvrant la porte il y a quelqu'un derrière le comptoir mais peu intéressé à nous aider. Il nous assigne un chambre et nous explique que c'est par là. En arrivant à la chambre, elle est peu éclairée, sent le renfermé, la douche est vraiment peu accueillante, le lit est correct , les draps sont propres mais à mon avis cette chambre équivaut a1à2* genre motel en un coin isolé. Les alentours de l'hôtel est très peu intéressant et peu amical. Somme toute cet endroit devrait absolument être rayer des hôtels du site d'Expédia

Hi Andre,We are sorry you feel this way. There is a very clear sign that says Bell/Timbre both in english and spanish and the sign as stated to go to the other hotel is only if there is no answer since we may be attending a guest or situation on the property, You did order the smallest and most economic room available, even so you wil not find any room even close to this quality and price in this whole area which is the heart of Condado and 10 seconds away from the beach one way and the main strip in the other direction with over 100 restaurants, bars, clubs, pharmacies, supermarkets, clothing stores, bakeries and mauch more. We are sorry about your comment about the locals not being friendly considering apart from the main strip which is very tourist orientated this is an elderly dominated area. No complaints was made to the front desk but we do have light bulbs available as well as any other need for the room and a very excellent Housekeeping and Maintenance crew to resolve any isssue that may be reported. We are sorry if you were pointed to the direction of your room which is literally right outside the door, which when easily accesible is routine. Apologies for not being able to give the free upgrade requested due to a fully booked hotel. It was a pleasure serving you, best regards!

I receive a very small room. Probably because booked via Expedia. Ok for 1 night.

= piscine -= 1 seule clé pour la chambre, pas de micro ondes(selon la publicité), pas de kleenex, pas de verre solide (carton seulement), confort lit, lumière plafond irréparable, pas de séchoir (sur demande seulement), peu d'information sur les tours, réception en pause = pas de service, ni personne

Dear guest, despite hearing that you did not enjoy your stay, we see that no complaints were brought to reception or management. Although it is true that our hardworking staff does indeed take thir designated lunch break for themselves, we are always here to help. It is a shame that no such concerns were brought to or attention. For example, yes, we do have only one swimmnig pool on the property but you are welcome to use our sister property's heated pool just down the block. If your party would have lked more than one room key, it was also as simple as asking for one! We would be more than happy to help and provide with additional ammenities such as the Kleenex. However, other ammenities such as a mcrowave, kitchenette, etc. must be requested as an upgrade from the room type your party selected. All the best, Jerianne Rodriguez, Ambassador Team.

All staff was nice, but one person. One thig they have to make sure is that they put signs that there is not smoking even at the balconies in the hotel. But but over all everything was beautiful and nice.
