The ocean view is marvelous. The owner provided all sorts of equipment for use on the beach. The property also has a very nice pool.

Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall the apartment was nice has a decent size kitchen area open space living area and the bedroom is very cozy. The view of the ocean spectacular. Although the facade of the building is old there are repairs going on but it does not affect your stay. The building inside is very clean. Everything is walking distance especially since the building is located on Ashford Ave one of the main avenues in Condado and you can find many restaurants and stores. The other perk to this stay is the beach you just go down the elevator to the pool area and the beach is right there. The host Lou was very professional and polite and answered all my questions and concerns. I kept this location as one of my favorite stays and would stay here again.

Great stay!
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy family (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed in this apartment for 10 days. It was as pictured & described and very clean. It also has a beautiful beach view! The apartment was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Communication with the owner and the property manager was straightforward and easy. Any questions I had were answered quickly. All building staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean with plenty of lounge chairs available. The beach access gate was secure but easy to use. The beach was not crowded and was clean. Grocery, Walgreens, and many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. There is a gated entrance to the property with a 24 hour guard present to monitor car and pedestrian access. There is another 24 hour security guard at the building entrance. The parking lot, exterior areas, and interior common areas were clean and well-lit. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again. We had a great stay!
