On a passé un super séjour ! Le personnel était au top, merci à Jeremy, Pablo et tous les autres pour leur aide au quotidien. Je recommande fortement l’hôtel est super jolie et tout nouveau :)

Conveniently located, right off the highway. The beach is five minutes away walk on the overpass across the highway. It is a pretty good option, but overall, I felt like I paid a little bit more for what it’s worth, and that is the reason for four stars

nice location. easy check in and check out. we were close to the pool, so music played late and started early. breakfast was minimum; bagels, toast, croissant, yogurt and feesh fruit. rooms were simple. no closet, dresser or drawers for clothes. no microwave or fridge. friendly staff.

You get checked in. They give you your code to your room. Then thats ut. No food or even vending machines on premise. They give you 2 bottles of perrier water for a 5 day stay and then you have to pay for the rest. They did have a bartender and the restaurant opened around 1 for the bar on friday, saturday and sunday. I didnt feel well one day and stayed in my room and was so frustrated by the wifi going in and out a THOUSAND times so you couldnt even try to enjoy a showand rrlax. But they were able to blast the music until almost 1 am one night but any other day ir evening at the pool you had to listen to your own music. Maybe when theyre fully open it will be better. But everywhere i walked or drove to looked like there was a much better selection of restarurants within safe walking distance. Even a nice lady drove me to the grocery store and told me me not to go out after 7, and she lived there! It was nice to go away but next time ill find another destination.

I wouldn’t recommend you choose this hotel. We stayed there for 4 nights, and for 3 of those nights, the whole hotel lost power. So that means no electricity, no aircon all night and NO WATER!! the electricity wouldn’t come back until later in the morning so that means you cannot take a shower, go to the toilet, brush your teeth, etc. So if you have any activities planned, you will probably miss them. When we were there, the staff was really nice, and they said they would refund the affected nights, but now that we left, they don’t answer emails or texts and have not refunded. The cleanliness of the room was also not the best with dust and hairs and over the bathroom sink. There were also no cushions on the pool beds, and the cushions on the smaller round pool beds were very dirty. Finally, it said that the breakfast was included, but I wouldn’t rely on this since its only yogourts with bagel or croissant with only butter or nutella. *the area is also not very interesting, with nothing nearby except the beach, but otherwise, you will have to uber everywhere

Clean and pretty. But by the highway. So it is noisy. You need earplugs at night. The swimming pool is nice and the water is heated. But you can see some grease floating on the water. The rooms are simple and a little bare. The breakfast doesn’t have much choice. Only coffee and some pastries.

Hotel was disappointing in terms of portraying itself as ready and established, the bar was far from ready and so was the restaurant and spa, the pool is so small and the room service is nothing short of disgusting. Room service would not give us new sheets and would just re fold our old ones but, after a week of staying there that was better than getting the alternative. Our first room was incredibly small until we complained and got upgraded to a suite. Our stay in pr was great but this hotel added the only headache to the trip. :(

It’s the perfect secluded place for a quick weekend get away. They have only been open for 2 months, so there is a few small quirks to work out but those come with time. Over all, amazing services and environment. I will be back!!

Bali Poshtel was still in the end of phase of renovation when we stayed, but it was very clean and the room was unique and nice. The hotel staff were a bit unprofessional but they were friendly. We were just passing through on our way out to Vieques, but it was a good value to stay for the night. It will be nice to see it when they have completed the property upgrades because it had a posh vibe and pool area looked nice. Not the most welcoming area to walk in at night, but didn't seem dangerous at all, and you are really quite close to a very nice beach across the highway in Isla Verde.

Hotel had a cool vibe with nice amenities. The pool area was relaxing with a nice outdoor bar/restaurant. Overall, a very quaint and quiet space close to the beach and a quick drive to San Juan. The food at the restaurant in the hotel, Laut, was absolutely delicious with beautiful plating. An elevated yet comforting dining experience.

The location is excellent and the hotel itself looks beautiful on the outside. Unfortunately we had no hot water and were not offered any other accommodations just “we need to fix the water heater but we don’t know when they’ll fix it”. Room appeared clean but then I started finding fake lashes in the bathroom and in the bed sheets so the bed is definitely not cleaned properly. They never had the bar open or the restaurant on site opened even though they offer it on the website.

The property is beautiful and the staff is very courteous. The front desk man Jeremie was amazing. He showed us around the entire property during check in. He also checked on us periodically during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. I gave this hotel 4 stars only because the water pressure and drainage in the shower was horrible. Other than that our stay was wokderful

Un alojamiento nada cómodo para varios días..!!
Crónica de un pequeño "desastre"... A nuestra llegada (éramos un grupo de 6 amig@s) no había nadie en recepción. Tras 10 minutos de espera aparece un chico que nos asigna las habitaciones: la de mi mujer y la mía (la número 6), súper, súper pequeña: no tiene ni armario, ni una mesa para poder abrir tan siquiera las maletas ( y eso que viajábamos con maleta de cabina y lo tuvimos que hacer sobre la cama y después... pues al suelo), no hay teléfono de contacto con recepción, si deseas algo te has de desplazar por el pequeño complejo en el cual, cuando llueve (que fue el caso), no hay ningún tipo de protección contra la lluvia y además los aires acondicionados (éstos sí que funcionan correctamente) desaguan directamente en los pasillos de acceso a las habitaciones. Además estaba situada frente a unos motores que cadenciosamente y durante "toda" la noche estuvieron parándose y encendiéndose a pequeños intervalos de tiempo. El aparcamiento que se situa delante y detrás del complejo es insuficiente ya que durante los dos días en los que nos alojamos, tuvimos que dejar el coche por las inmediaciones y esperar ojo avizor a que se liberase alguno para cambiar el coche de lugar. Y si hablamos del desayuno "continental" que dicen que ofrecen, tan sólo hay yogures, un tipo de cereales, algo de fruta y de bollería y café; nada de embutido, ni mermelada, ni tan siquiera leche..!! A destacar como positivo la piscina, el gimnasio y el rápido check-out que nos hicieron... Para pensárselo..!!!
