Logement confortable et propre en centre ville

Quartier assez peu rassurant et difficile d'accès sans GPS.
Facilité de parking gratuit (non sécurisé) en face du logement ce qui est bien pratique en plein centre vile!

The property itself is kept nice and clean. Very secure. Solo traveler here felt very safe. The service was phenomenal the Staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. Jorge had the best response time and was very kind. Everything in the room was very new and modern. They provided all amenities complimentary soda, coffee, bottles of water. The hotel is located in a very convenient area Bars and entertainment are walking distance. Plus a bunch of great food options definitely recommend 10/10 would stay again

I travel around the world and this was one of the best hotel staffs I have encountered. Response time was excellent and solutions were excellent.

In the messages we received through another medium and not through the hotel system since your phone was not working at the time, we see the messages and at no time did you express any annoyance. We had a wonderful stay here. Jorge was super helpful and very responsive. The place was ready upon arrival and had more than we could ask for as far as in room accommodation. Location is good for getting around easily. Great food options close by.

First experience in PR , and this was the best introduction. Lovely and very up to date on technology. This is basically a smart hotel.
