Fabulous owners. Very friendly and helpful. And the historic bldg is fascinating. But the very best is the breakfast! Excellent, and a big step up from typical B&B.

The place is conveniently located to restaurants, tourist spots (a block away from Castillo Cristobal), pretty much all the must-see in Old San Juan. The breakfast they serve are amazing. Tisha and Eddie are both so welcoming. If there's one minor issue it would be the noise from outside that was a little bothersome. (Which Casa Sol has no control over. Lol! So not really complaining.) Our room was the one next to the street so it can get a bit busy at times. Other than that, everything was amazing!

Perfect Old San Juan Experience
Publié le 2 juill. 2023 sur HotelsEverything about our stay was fantastic! Eddie and Tisha (Margarita) were amazing hosts. They treated us like family. The room was comfortable, the patio area was adorable, the dog was super sweet, and the food...WOW! Everything in Old San Juan is within easy walking distance. I love that the B&B was near the top of the hill which is a reasonable distance from the cruise ships. The further up the hill you go, the better the food (the ships are at the bottom). You cannot go wrong staying here. Thank you so much, and we can't wait to come back!

The owners were quick to help with suggestions for dining, site seeing & things to do in the area. The breakfasts were amazing and rooms were very comfortable. They make you feel at home!

Wonderful experience
Publié le 2 sept. 2022 sur HotelsI stayed at Casa Sol as a solo traveler for 3 nights. It was a wonderful experience. Eddie and Tisha were extremely friendly and helpful in providing recommendations for cultural attractions and restaurants, as well as arrangements for taxi transportation. The location in Old San Juan is within an easy walk of many cultural attractions while still being relatively quiet in the evening. The breakfasts were tasty and customizable with notice (I'm vegetarian). All in all, a great experience and I will definitely be staying here next time I'm in San Juan!
