We made a reservation for the wrong day do to been in a other contry and having super slow server. Called the hotel and informed them with in seconds of the mistake, they "understood" and said just to let Expidia know and they would approve the refund. Once Expidia called they denied the refund? Im trying to understand how i was not even in the Puerto Rico at the time therefore we never made it to the hotel and still got charged the whole amount EVEN CLEANING FEE!!!! 😐 Don't recommend at all.

Looking at the building condition, this property seems to be very old but maintained as clean as possible. Breakfast was made fresh daily but you get the same items throughout your stay. Staff was really good and helpful. Location is easily accessible by walk to multiple restuarants and condado beach as well. Street parking is available depending on your luck. Overall a good stay.

The breakfast every morning was amazing. The waffles and coffee were my personal favorite. We got the queen room with the balcony. While I wouldnt call it a "garden view" the balcony was still nice and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy. There is a local grocery store called supermax nearby to buy food and drinks at an affordable price. The location was great. You could walk to just about everything or take an uber which didn't cost much. The staff was fluent in both english and spanish and were very friendly.

The staff here are excellent and very attentive. We really enjoyed the pool area and included breakfast. What the hotel lacks in amenities it makes up for in charm and walkability to the beach and nearby restaurants.

I’ll start by saying that the staff was awesome. Both my partner and I had great interactions with everyone there as they were super helpful are reliable so my review isn’t about them. What was really off putting to us was the condition of the room and the lack of cleanliness. Both my partner and I get easily distracted by dirtiness and that was the first thing we noticed. It’s not that things weren’t clean, it’s that it was very obvious that they didn’t clean with care and effort. The floor can use a deep, tough scrub and so can the walls and just more thought about visible areas. It didn’t seem like they cared to make any type of impression and if they did a deep clean of the floors and sheets, the experience would match the filtered photos a lot more. I recommend this place if you need something to just shower and sleep, it’s great for that but beware if you are very particular about cleanliness. Also, the first floor rooms can get very loud with people having breakfast outside or interacting in the hallways so that was a bit disturbing at times but not the worst thing. Other things that positively stood out to us was the breakfast since it’s free and actually very yummy! The menu isn’t large, but you have options and get serviced. No parking as mentioned by others but we never had a problem parking on the side street closest to the hotel.
