The building complex provides a 24-hour, seven-days-a-week guarded entrance for the Condo complex. In addition, the building also provides a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week reception area at the lobby to safeguard the safety of the owners and guests and a parking area.

This location is 30 to 35 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport (SJU) and Old San Juan. Quick ride to El Yunque Rainforest and a public Luquillo alongside kioskos de Luquillo a mile away to the west and towards the east end is a surfing beach within walking distance.

The building complex also provides two pools and basketball courts for recreation. Join the activities of the common area, two Pools, Basketball, Pickleball, Tennis, and Paddleball Courts.

For your further enjoyment, there are three four-star hotels nearby. The Rio Mar, the Conquistador, and the Gran Melea at Coco Beach all have championship golf courses, excellent restaurants, and casinos.

A lovely quick vacation in Luquillo
Playa Azul Tower is a terrific place for a stay in Luquillo Beach, and this condo was perfect. George is an A+ communicator who made everything smooth and clear. It is a 10 minute walk to the kioskas. We ate at Sama on the last night: it is a 10 minute walk also, and the best meal we've had in Puerto Rico.

As an a married, active, late 50s/early 60s couple, we came to PR for the first time looking to enjoy outdoor nature while getting a reprieve from a PA winter. This apartment and the hosts were icing on the cake! We could walk the beach for miles in a preserved area, hike in the rain forest, or kayak on a bio bay all within 30 minutes of this breathtaking space. But the unexpected bonus was the detail and attention the owners provided. They recommended a free concert on the beach, they made certain we had what we needed, and they made themselves available in case something came up. That is stellar service to us. It's obvious they want you to have the very best experience and take pride in their apartment. If you read the reviews, you know the view can't be beat and it is paradise. Something to contribute that others haven't mention are the windows cut out in the porch/deck wall that allow you to see the ocean view even when relaxing on the sofa or at the dining table. That was sooo well planned. Also, the deck has a wonderful large hi-top table to enjoy the view during all weather while being soothed by the ocean sound and breeze. Lastly, my favorite part of reviews are tips to help me pack so here are some of mine...a Mr Coffee drip type maker provided (so bring ground), hand and bath towels provided but not wash clothes (so bring them if you want them), a plethora of kitchen essentials available (but might want measuring cups). That is about it. They have you covered.

We loved the place! Definitely would recommend it, very attentive owners. Also very accommodating and helpful. The view is even better in person! Nice and quiet area with a lot of activities to do nearby and there was even a strip where you could go thats full of places to eat. Food was so good. We had rumcakes from our neighbor downstairs, they were so good. Her name is bonnie, you should definitely try them! Plan on coming back for sure. Enjoyed our stay here very much.

Great Place in a Great Location
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was clean, wonderfully furnished, and in a great area. We loved listening to the waves crash as we slept. The condo overlooks a great beach and is less than 15 mins from the amazing El Yunque Rainforest. We really enjoyed ourselves and i would definitely recommend this place!

Our adult daughter stayed in the apartment. It was very clean. Very well stocked with very nice pots, coffee pot, etc. even a crock pot. Very nice dining area. Only issue was the deck. The A/C unit pumped the hot air directly onto the deck. It made the deck almost unusable.

Beautiful Condo in an Excellent Location
Had a great time. The condo is newly renovated and beautiful. It had everything we needed and the beach chairs, beach towels and cooler were a really great touch. We loved how accessible everything is (ferry to Culebra, El Yunque, Bio Bay, beaches)… most everyplace we wanted to go was within a half hour drive. We loved Luquillo beach - just a short walk to the left of the condo. We also ordered 6 rum cakes from Bonnie - highly recommend!

Great Adult Getaway
My wife and I made this trip on the recommendation of family and friends. We were very happy with everything about our stay. Our newly renovated room was perfect for us and included every accommodation for the beach that we could ask for. The property was clean, the staff was friendly and the view was absolutely perfect from our balcony. The beach was fantastic - this is not your perfectly groomed Florida beach but it was beautiful and perfect for us. We were able to walk right off the property grounds straight to the beach and practically have the beach to ourselves. We also lounged at the pool some and it was very clean. Our host had everything we needed to know in his guest book and helped with ideas for food and other activities. He was also great with communicating with us, he checked in a couple times during our stay and answered questions for us in a very timely manner. Overall we are more than happy with our stay and would (and plan to) stay at this location and book with this host again!

Wonderfully relaxing stay at Playa Azul-Tower
From the first steps into the property found the space beautifully decorated and very pleasing to all the senses! The balcony also was perfect for relaxing at end of day and we enjoyed many late nights listening, watching and breathing the ocean waves. Greatly appreciated all the attention to small details in all rooms. We also greatly enjoyed some of the local restaurants as well as the beach. Great location and building staff were all friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property; It exceeded all our expectations!

The VIEW!!!!!!!!!!
The unit was recently renovated. The washer dryer was a bonus. The proximity to PR3 made for excellent access the island. Right on the beautiful beach. The view from the 18th floor cannot be beat. The hosts we very responsive with with our questions. The detailed welcome manual explained how to use everything in the unit. We loved this place.
