Creepy, and unwelcoming, out dated!!

Furniture, filthy, doors, falling off hinges, dead insects under appliances, construction materials, blocking pathways, and accommodations. Very cramped rooms, was told this is what I paid for! argument, no, it’s not!!! We rejected this location and found better accommodation

Dear Earnest, I am glad that you find a better accommodation because unfortunately our apartment of 2 rooms (one queen bed in each room) and 1 bathroom was not a good choice for your party of 5 tall guys (more than 6’) and overweight (more than 280 pounds). We tried to work with you offering a rental with more rooms, but you refused and decided to leave the rental. We understand that these apartment of 2 rooms was small for you, but in any circumstance the facility or building is as you described. The building is recently painted and remodeled. More pictures are available for future guests if ask. The apartment is fully equipped with good and working appliances. The building is pest control and with fumigation every 2 months and we clean/disinfect before and after of each booking and any pathways was blocked but we continue working to keep the maintenance of the building and we are always there with personal to address any needs that our guest has. We are sorry that this unit don’t fix your party, but the reaction in making false statements is unnecessary when we are willing and open to work with your situation because we have more units with more rooms available. 2 bedroom condo
Publié le 6 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayCute little 2 bedroom condo. Noise is a bit loud from traffic, but it was elections so traffic was more then normal. For the price it was a good fit clean, walking distance from a lot of restaurants, attractions, and a Walmart close by. I would recommend this.

Thank you for your review. And yes the noise was due to the euphoria of the elections especially for being in the area Metro. But we were happy to having you as a guest and we look forward to having you back in another season.

Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWhere do I start, no glass in the windows, every sound outside sounded like it was in the room with us there were air conditioner units in the bedrooms so the rest of the house could not be cooled due to air going out the windows and the large gaps in the door. The lid for the toilet was broken, tiles were broken, the bath tub was stained, we overall felt unsafe, it was just uninhabitable. We left the first day and the host has refused to refund my money. Do not book this property!

Gayla, thank you for booking our rental, but your review is NOT accurate. I understand you changed your plan and don’t want to work with our accommodations on basis on your request. Yes, as the description of this rental says: “A/C are just in rooms” and the rental in any part of the description or picture says “glass windows”; windows are with screens and because are in high level you can leave open or closed and if they are open breeze come specially for the location close to the Laguna of Condado beach, but we gave you the option to upgrade to a rental that has glass windows and central a/c to work with your requirements that are NOT descriptions from these rental that you booked, but you REFUSED, because you already left the unit and went with another plan with the friends that picked you up. By other side, during the time you stayed in the rental in any moment you mention any other concerns and we made a cleaning and inspection after you ck out and you left it with trash and beds and rooms disorganized but anything was wrong or broke. It’s fully equipped recently painted and remodeling in the outside and the owner keep it clean. So unfortunately, you used the rental you stayed in the rental we worked with you to accommodate in another rental with central a/c & glass windows as you wanted and you refused. We are very sorry for your input after us trying to accommodate you. Hope next time you can read description or communicate your needs to accommodate on basis on them.

Mr Sam reached out prior to arrival with detailed instructions on entering the property which I appreciated. Apartment was very clean and each room had an AC unit. Kitchen was supplied with all necessities. Mr Sam even gave recommendations on good restaurants in the area. There was a food truck park and local shops in the area that was walking distance. Uber was easy to catch. I would recommend and also stay again.

Great for the price.

But this stood out more than ANYTHING, I stay in Hotels, 3,4,5 Star and they ALWAYS skimp on Toilet paper. The TP was a Prayer Answered.... Sometimes it is the Little Things, this was a BIT little thing... Would stay again!

Publié le 16 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place is in a great location walking distance to food, bars, night life, beach and more. I stayed with a group of friends and we were so close to everything we needed! Mr. Sam was a great host and always answered any questions.
