Overall it was a nice boutique style hotel. Service and food was good however it was advertised as an adult only hotel and this was not the case. Many families with children stayed at the hotel.

Customer service was great. We enjoyed the view from our oceanfront room, the pictures does it no justice! There are plenty of walkable restaurants and a Uber to old San Juan and to/from the airport were under $10. The only concern we had was there wasn’t a microwave or refrigerator in the room. There is a stocked mini fridge but not a separate one for guests to utilize. During the week, in September, there isn’t much going on at the resort. It was really quiet, which was good for us this trip. However, if you are looking for some activity around the resort, make sure you book on a weekend. Overall, we had a great stay.
