Place is good. I paid for resort fees through my booking but was asked to pay them again when I checked in, even after telling them I had already paid. Room was good but had very noisy neighbors who liked to scream at their children. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay there again. For the amount of money they charged, I expected significantly higher level of service.

Resort fee cannot be paid through a third party, it's a hotel fee. We have a guest services desk available 24hrs a day. Our recent stay at the Condado Palm Inn San Juan was a mix of positives and negatives. Here's a breakdown of our experience:
Pros:
Cleanliness: The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout.
Front Desk Service: The customer service at the front desk was great.
Water Quality: Excellent water pressure and consistently hot water.
Cons:
Noise Levels: Unfortunately, this was the major drawback of our stay. The noise levels were extremely high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
We could hear everything happening both inside the building and outside.
The excessive noise significantly impacted our ability to rest and relax.
Overall Impression:
While the Condado Palm Inn San Juan has some strong points, particularly in terms of cleanliness and basic amenities, the noise issue is a serious concern. For light sleepers or those seeking a quiet getaway, this might not be the best choice. However, if you're a heavy sleeper or don't mind ambient noise, you might find the hotel's other qualities make up for this drawback.
Recommendation: Consider your priorities when booking. If a quiet environment is crucial for your stay, you might want to look elsewhere. However, if you value cleanliness and good service over quietness, this hotel could still be a decent option.

Thank you, Shenika, for staying at Condado Palm. We are happy to hear that cleanness, customer service and maintenance were up to your standards. However, outside noises seemed to dull your stay as you mention in your review. We genuinely apologize for this, and we wish we could do something, but unfortunately outside noises are completely out of our control. Condado is a very activity friendly area with lots of restaurants and activities for the tourists. We appreciate you for taking the time to share your experience.
