Best Host in Condado
Madeleine has honestly got to be one of the best hosts that I have had. I travel frequently for business and she was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond most hosts! A true gem and it is worth staying here just for her kindness and depth. The location is great and the complex is clean and quiet. Great pool and a small gym. The apartment is a small studio, but you have the essentials, comfy bed, great AC, good desk for work, good couch (with a nice pullout bed) to watch TV (...but you're in PR, go out!), good patio (occasional mosquito problems...bring incense and keep patio door closed), small kitchen with most of what you need to cook (and smaller fridge). Overall, though, I spent two months here and I would come back the next time I'm in San Juan! Gracias Madeleine!

Looking Good!
I am a very simple person, and all I require is a property that is clean with no bugs (I'm terrified of them). My husband and I arrived at the property two hours early. We waited in the pool area until 3. Pool area was very nice and clean, with nice furniture, and a bathroom. Bathroom door in the pool area needs fixing, but definitely doable. We get into our room, and WOW!!! Open the door, and it is beautiful, clean, and no bugs. Our entire stay, I saw no bugs. The location was fabulous!! Across the street from the Marriott Stellaris and half a block down. Plenty of restaurants and stores to pick up water and beer. Not a long walk to the beach. We are bonafide dinosaurs (no I-phone, not good with technology), so we had a bit of a problem with locking the door after we got in, and called the lady who handled everything, and she couldn't have been nicer, and walked us through everything. It was really quite easy once she explained it. Not a good view from the balcony however, so if that is what you are looking for, you may not be pleased, but we were always out anyway, and the studio apartment was so nice, we didn't care. We will definitely be making this our stay in PR whenever we are there, we loved it, and the other people who stayed there were so nice. There is a doorman, and the security was really good. Perfect place for a couple. Can't wait to go back!

Great location!
We were in town for a festival in old san juan. We loved the location in Condado! It was easy to uber to old san juan, but there was a lot to offer around the condo. Great restaurants and walkability, and free parking was key! The condo was super clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Fabulous place, GREAT location!
We stayed 2 nights in San Juan on our way to St. Croix and this was the perfect place to stay! No need to rent a car, everything is within walking distance, or the lobby guards are happy to call a taxi for you if needed! The owner was easy to get in touch with if needed, and the room itself exceeded expectations. We walked in and I immediately told my husband I was giving a 5 star review. Extremely clean, smelled nice, and the check in process was absolutely simple! It wasn’t long before we were enjoying a walk along Ashford Avenue and finding a little bar to grab some food and a beer. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, shops to check out, and casinos nearby. The beach was extremely close, we walked there and back with no issues. The refrigerator was great for leftovers and big enough for water, fruit, beverages, etc. We didn’t cook while we were there but all the amenities were available to us if we needed to. The room stayed comfortable with the AC, even when we turned it off to leave, it was still very comfortable when we returned! Highly recommend this rental! We can’t wait to return and stay again for a longer vacation!!

Super convenient location, close to everything. 15 mins from old San Juan, minutes to several beaches and only 35 minutes to rain forest. Pool wasn’t very nice but who needs a pool when you have the beautiful ocean so close!!
