So, the hotel is undergoing construction, which is fine, but we would have preferred to know ahead of time. Additionally, the cost of everything is exorbitant at this location. The location is great, near the airport but it would’ve been a better choice to go to an all inclusive resort.

Really nice hotel and staff was excellent! The only draw back was that food took long to get when you ordered and the breakfast buffet was very pricey especially since we barely ate. Didn’t realize we had the “menu” option. Otherwise really nice experience.

Everything was great except that I had a bad experience with one of the waitress of the cafeteria. While my husband and I was waiting for my friends to have breakfast I was setting with my son and in-laws outside they all were having a buffet breakfast and I was just drinking my coffee and talking about my sons wedding when the waitress came to me and ask me to leave the table that I couldn't be there if I was not going to be ordering. I feel that it was not right because we were drinking the coffee that we had just bought inside and we were just waiting for our friends. Thank you

Our AC went out on night 3. Had to be replaced late in the evening. The service at the restaurant wasn’t the greatest. We sat for 45 minutes before even being address by staff. The pool and beach area was nice.

It was OK. It was under construction and we weren't told that before we booked. Certain things were not available. There was not any little store where you could purchase anything which would have been nice. Our AC broke one night and it was miserable, but when we told them in the morning the staff came immediately and fixed it.
