Un havre de paix

Nous avons atterri à dreamcatcher après une mésaventure où nous avions choisi un logement qui ne correspondait pas à nos attentes.Mais arrivé a dreamcatcher ça a été le coup de cœur. En effet, ce petit havre de paix nous a vraiment réconcilié avec San Juan. C'est un endroit calme et apaisant avec une décoration vraiment atypique qui reflète "une zen attitude". Les alentours sont vraiment sécurisés et la plage a proximité. De plus, nous y avons découvert grâce au chef, une cuisine végétalienne vraiment délicieux et savoureuse. Ce fut un réel plaisir d'y séjourner.

I liked how quiet and clean it was. The only this I did like was the mosquitos outside in the bathroom area

The people (and the cats) are so nice and accommodating. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. The Coqui can get a little loud at night, but the place itself is very quiet and calming.

To be honest, I did not fully understand that the room I booked was going to look the way it did until I walked in - the bathroom and shower are located outside in a space I can only describe as a "mini-jungle" and the bedroom is a room with AC. I wouldn't have minded the separation of rooms if I didn't get bitten alive by mosquitoes each time I stepped out to the bathroom/shower. It's a great idea in theory (an outdoorsy shower/bathroom) but in actuality, it wasn't my cup of tea. I am glad it was only for one night! Other than that, the place itself had great bohemian vibes and great customer service - they came to my room to fix a lightbulb that wasn't working. They offer breakfast for an additional cost but they do provide you with beach towels and lend you beach chairs.

When booking our "Run of House" option, specific rooms or categories are not guaranteed, but all rooms do come with private, en-suite bathrooms. As shown in our photos and description, some of our rooms have an outdoor, yet private bathroom, which many guests appreciate, though we understand it might not suit everyone's taste.Regarding the mosquitoes, we do fumigate bi-weekly, but the tropical environment of the island makes it challenging to eliminate them entirely. We would have been happy to move you to a different room if one was available. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back!
