beaucoup de professionnalisme mais un service un peu trop long au restaurant et une climatisation trop froide qui ne permet pas de se détendre et d apprécier l espace Dommage...

Incidental charges

Good except the hotel charged my credit card $106.00 for incidentals and has not refunded that money 6 days later. We didn’t have any charges

1st time to Puerto Rico staff had rooms with rose petals on floor and bottle of champagne and covered strawberries... very nice

This hotel is convenient and the best part is their employees. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We used UBER as a transportation and it was convenient, easy, fast and reasonable prices. The beach close to the hotel is very dangerous for swimming. The pool at the hotel is small but nice an is open 24 hours. The cafe at the hotel is great. Food is very good. We recommend this hotel
