Sans aucun charme...
Publié le 17 janv. 2020 sur HotelsHôtel sans aucun charme. Chambre minuscule. Salle de bain minuscule également. La porte de la douche ne s ouvrait pas complètement car butait contre les wc. Juste une nuit avant de reprendre l avion, mais une nuit de trop. Prix troo élevé pour ce que c était. Lit inconfortable.
A déconseiller si vous voulez dormir....
Mis à part tous ces inconvénients, l accueil était chaleureux.

It was a pleasure hosting you. Unfortunately your experience was unsatisfactory. We do not have any false advertising ,pictures are what you receive at Dream Inn. Definetly you have choices.You choose the hotel, the price and the room.Thank you for staying with us.

Séjour agréable et hôtel très confortable
Publié le 2 avr. 2019 sur HotelsNous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet établissement. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Le personnel est agréable et très serviable, des notre arrivée lors du checkin il nous a été proposé du café et du l'eau.
Seul bémol le forfait petit dejeuner servi dans un restaurant alentour n'est pas copieux tous les jours. L'hôtel donne un ticket par jour par personne dont 2 comprenant des oeufs. Les autres permettent d'avoir uniquement du café, des toasts, du porridge et une viennoiserie. Sinon on peut bien sûre payer un supplément si l'on veut.

I spent 8 nights there with my BFF. The owner and his son are incredibly welcoming. They helped us to make last minute restaurant reservations on NY's Eve.... basically have called in every restaurants open that day.
The double rooftop and the pool are a must. Towels, beach chair, umbrella, suncream, aloe verra, water, tea, ecetera can be use for FREE !
2,5 minutes walk to beach.
In front of the best pizzeria, a third wave coffeeshop and yummy mexicain restaurant.
9 $ (10 minutes) Uber from Old San Juan
If you're looking for a small peaceful boutique hotel and family vibe, go there.

The hotel staff was amazing. The owner is wonderful, smiley and very helpful. She gave us a list of interesting places to go or to eat near the hotel. We went to two of her recommended restaurants, and we did not regret it. (Pirilo, most amazing pizza ever and Ana's Café, local food).
Sadly, my husband's glasses got stolen while we were on the beach, but the hotel staff was super helpful and thanks to them we easily found a place to by new ones.
There is always cold water and ice tea for everyone in the lobby, and they have solar cream and other useful stuff available.
The pool is super clean. They offer beach towels, chairs and mats that you can bring for the day (at any beach).
Our room was super comfortable and clean.
They have a very earth-friendly philosophy; the shower's water is heated with solar pannels, they ask to turn off the A/C if you leave for the day, wash the bath towels only if you don't hang them back up on the hook, and change the bed sheets only if asked.
I really do recommend this hotel, it's very-well located and everything was perfect.
Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
