Accueil sympathique et personnel très avenant :)
Facile d’accès et bien situé au cœur du Vieux San Juan, tout était parfait! Tout est à proximité, un quartier unique à découvrir.

The El Colonial was perfect from beginning to end! They have a 24 hour bar. All the gentlemen that work there were right there to serve drinks and be social. It's an old building, but well kept and clean! The best part is the tile is original. If you want modern then this is not the place for you. The vibe is colonial and the rooms are basic, but amazing with high ceilings and comfortable beds. Luis upgraded us to a room with doors so we could enjoy. We stayed 7 days and every day the water was cool. Not a deal breaker for us because it's so hot outside. The air conditioner was amazing, which is hard to find at some places in Puerto Rico. We loved it so much that my daughter and fiancée will spend there honeymoon at the El Colonial. A giant shout out to all the wonderful people that work there. Luis was amazing and so full of energy. I never seen him without a smile. Also, Gerardo, Marcos, Christian, Angel, Eduardo, and Jesus were amazing!!! Thank you for making our 31st anniversary an experience that we will never forget! (I hope I mentioned all their names.)

I absolutely love this hotel . The room and the bathroom were a little small but the location was perfect . The staff wonderful and very helpful ! They also need to have irons a steamer just doesn’t work but overall great hotel !!’ Will stay again

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and the perks I had was awesome, I mean who wouldn’t like a open bar in your hotel
