My stay was pleasant and the staff was accommodating and helpful. The rooms need updating but the pool area and landscaping of the property are incredibly nice.

Very cute place, very nice staff. There is a mexican bar and grill attached to the main building, a gym and a pool. At the front desk there is a wonderful little parrot. Loved the atmosphere, perfect for our 2 night stay.

Overall Very Nice Stay at the Fajardo Inn. Unfortunately the swim up bar and one of the restaurants were not open, this would of totally increase the overall rating. The hotel is nice with friendly staff (especailly Ishmiel at the Bar).

There were some good staff members. Justin in the fitness center was very nice and helpful. Otherwise, I found the hotel needing some much needed upgrades paint job, etc. is extremely limited dining opportunities. I thought that I could take a walk in the morning however there’s no sidewalks and the roads are busy and not safe.

Excellent full size gym with adjacent juice bar to get protein shakes made with fresh fruits, huge pools were well maintained and the location was great for hiking in El Yunque and seeing some nature reserves and beaches. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. Good casual restaurant with excellent salads. Rooms clean and functional with a nice view from the balcony. Very pleasant atmosphere and stay. Only downside: there’s really no coffee. Puerto Rico is famous for its coffee but you can’t find any here. It’s crazy. A coin-op machine was out of order and juice bar opened too late to be helpful. Hope this gets fixed but I’m going back anyway. 😁

So hotel was a little out of way but was impressive when we found. We were starving when we got there at 7pm looking forward to eating at restaurant and were told it closed at 7. Also they said they would send all hotel info via text. We never got it. This i was told when i asked for directions to the other pool. Kind of a let down that they couldnt just give directions.

Nice place to stay near the east coast.

Awesome place to unwind. This place has fantastic pools, a gym, juice bar that can make protein coffee drinks, bird cage, mini-golf, and a restaurant on site. The staff are very friendly.

Some things were worn, but overall; excellent!

Nice staff and nice pools. Really good people who went out of their way to make us welcome. Both pools were really nice and I've got all good things to say. Something to note (not a complaint) is that many of the amenities are worn quite a bit...we had fun playing on the included putt-putt course but it was in pretty rough shape, and they had a little water slide that had surface wear on it that made it a bit tough to use - things like that. All of that was easily overlooked because the staff was so great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the building was clean, and the pools were outstanding. We were very happy since the price of the stay reflected that all the amenities were not in perfect condition.

One of the cleaners on Saturday 01/18/2025 stole my headphones. They were charging and they took the headphones themselves (not the case) so I didn't realize they were stolen until I got on the airplane. I tried to reach out to the management but they haven't offered any solution.
