I would rent again. If a new bed with a great Mattress would be new. We really couldn’t sleep well. Pillows were terrible. I have to honest.

Nice place to stay
Posted Jul. 18, 2022 on HomeAwayWe stayed for 2 nights, and it was comfortable. We had some trouble with the AC in our room, turning off at night, but I am sure it was just user error because we changed the mode.
I love that the bathroom has a netted opening at the top of the wall through which you can hear the sounds of the night. It also makes cool showers feel amazing since it’s open to air.
We were slightly confused about the entrance, but we later figured out that we only have the back portion of the house.
We were slightly disappointed that the doors to the backyard were locked because we were very interested in the breadfruit growing out back.
Decorations were very nice and simple, and the place smelled nice.

First trip to Puerto Rico
Posted Jul. 1, 2022 on HomeAwayGreat location, so close to major stores and restaurants. Neighborhood felt safe and interactions with neighbors was very friendly. The property was clean and staying there felt very safe. Plenty of amenities.

Part of the reason verbo and airbnb won’t allow booking for guests who are not staying is because it breaks the communication. All messages are sent to the person who books including rules, check in time and check out time. I’m certain you knew check out was at 11 even if your family did not. It was up to you to tell them to leave at eleven so housekeeping could have enough time to COVID clean and disinfect. Check in and check out times are strict because it takes that long to clean properly.
Your cousins claimed we told them check out was at 12. We had zero communication with them except after discovering that they intentionally broke a locked screened area so they could use an employees only washer and dryer without regard to the “employees only” sign posted clearly. Because the water supply is under key and they didn’t know that, they couldn’t get it to work so they kept at it until they broke the washing machine which left housekeeping without. Yet somehow they still decided it was a good idea to use the dryer, again, without regard.
After your cousins left I was left with a broken washing machine, a housekeeper who was behind by more than an hour and couldn’t even wash clothes, an emergency repair bill for the washing machine, and another for the locked screen to be reinstalled. For a two night stay. I am very unhappy with the outcome. Sorry your cousins had a bad experience checking out.
