We loved our stay here. The staff was great, especially Luis. He was super friendly, gave recommendations and helpful. Our room was super cute and the location was good and close to so many areas we wanted to visit. We would def book here again on our next stay.

There were some issues but resolved immediately. This is one of the best customer service I have ever had. Loved this property and will definitely be back. Also the food on level 4 was beyond the best I have eaten in San Juan.

This property is new/ reconstructed into a beautiful hotel in viejo San Juan. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles! I had the pleasure of meeting Alex, Jeffrey, and Liss! They went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable! I wish I can remember more names but in all everyone was warm, friendly, and wonderful!!
Outside of the hotel is an abandoned building which made me feel uncomfortable especially when I went out for breakfast but other wise I felt safe. The rooms are huge with outdoor space but too hot out to enjoy. Everything is new and up to date! It even includes a kitchen with pots and pans and dishes. Also cannot forget the golf cart that took us out to the plaza de Colon! That was so much fun! Great location too!
