My flight was canceled and I never arrived at this hotel but they refused to cancel my booking and provide a refund or a credit for return at another time.

Una pesadilla.
Publié le 27 juin 2024 sur HotelsThe room was not comfortable, there was no space, the mattress was a bit hard, a lot of light came in through the top of the curtains, the door had to be pulled to close it, so the room next door constantly made that noise, cars also passed by making noise and they don't have an elevator, thank you

The property was ok, but the rooms were run down. Lots of patchwork and older property. It was comfortable for a night with a morning flight though.

Beach was very close
Bed mattress were old and hard
Blankets on beds were old
Bathroom was very small
Mini split AC was noisy
