at first, the location was difficult to find but thanks to good communication, we found it quickly. Picture includes hot tub and hammock , no hammock & hot tub wasn't working. She was quick to come try to fix it but unfortunately didn't stay on longer than 15 minutes. Everything was clean and very nice apartment although it has no oven. Neighbors were a bit loud and sometimes we would have to ask the lady downstairs to slightly move her car so we can fit in the parking right next to it other than that very good service and most likely will be staying here next time if hot tub is fixed.

The pictures posted on Expedia are outdated. They’re not accurate in regards to the “pull-out” couch. The couch is not the same as pictured and it is also quite uncomfortable. The ad suggests that the place can sleep 4-6 people but that is highly unlikely unless they’re all children. 4 people max would be accurate. In regards to the continuous loss of electrical power throughout the island of Puerto Rico, although this is outside the control of the property owner/landlord, it should be noted that an owner/landlord should take preemptive measures to ensure that a rental has adequate power to provide a comfortable stay.
Investing in a Generator would be the right thing to do in this case!
1 air conditioning unit for the entire apartment is insufficient. It is located in the bedroom which has a missing window panel.
