Welcome to our beautiful vacation home in the Las Gaviotas neighborhood of Fajardo, Puerto Rico, conveniently located near Puerto del Rey! This inviting home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms, each featuring a plush queen-sized bed. With 2 well-appointed bathrooms, you’ll have all the space and convenience you need for a relaxed stay.

Please note, depending on the season, you may experience the scent of sargasso, as the house is close to the marina.

La casa sucia no había suficiente toalla tampoco había ustensilios para la Cosina bolsa para la papelera no había donde colocar la basura el gate no funcionaba el Wi-Fi no servía señal fatal. No pude descansar tuvimos que estar más en la calle. Por la señal muy desagradable. Y la puerta partida envíe la foto por email.

Property was good. AC worked great. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. We had parking inside the property which was great for loading and off-loading. Smart TV worked well. The gate offers security but sometimes it takes a couple of minutes to get in. There is a broken sink in the Master Bathroom. Beware and careful not to cut yourself. The place needs an exterminator, there were little roaches 🪳 constantly. The strong smell of sargaso and the Marina may be too much or a detergent for some. Once you are in the apartment with the AC on, you will be fine. We loved everything else, it just needs a little updating to get it to 4 and 5 ⭐ level. Communication and information was great. 5 Stars 🤩 on that sense. The housing development has a great view of the Marina.There is a small shopping center with a Supermarket, places to eat, etc. Is only about 1 mile from the rental. Great burger joint close by (Gaby's Burgers) and decent Chinese food at affordable prices near by. "Los Machos" beach ⛱️ is close by. Is an ok beach, but I rather go to Seven Seas even though is farther. El Yunque National Forest is about 40 mins away. Good place to have your HQs for your Eastern PR vacation.

Good neighborhood
It’s a great place to stay very close to the Safe Harbor Marina but the bathrooms, not too much. The one in the master is too small and the other one was constantly watering . Overall was a great experience.

The worst, hands down
I would warn anyone from booking from this place. The place is badly maintained and definitely not as advertised. The shower was leaking and nothing was clean. They had small beds in the place instead of the queens in the picture. We opened a closet and the entire closet door collapsed. The views in the listing are not from the place at all. The management was very poor, their response completely insensitive. They promised me refund and haven't done so in a month. I felt being robbed. I checked out the very next day and yet the management did not cancel my reservation to give me my ref funs, which they agreed before hand. I would strongly suggest everyone to avoid this place and other places managed by them.

Short but difficult
I arrived after a day of travel with my family and unfortunately the directions were great if you entered from one gate and completely inadequate if you entered from the other. Once we found the unit, it was just passable. Uncomfortable beds, a cockroach on the bedroom floor, toilet appeared unclean and not even paper towels in the kitchen. The main problem was the next morning when we tried to go out to get provisions at 8 AM. We could not get the gate open. We tried the code numerous times without success. After a lengthy delay, we held the gate open long enough to squeeze past when someone came in. We did a shopping contacted the owner finally who told us he had his phone on silent not terribly helpful, since we were on a tight time schedule to get out by 11 o’clock our mandatory check out time. I don’t mean to be a difficult renter, but I have a property with VRBO and have had it for over 20 years. I know what it takes to have renters be able to access your property, to have it nice, to have it clean, to respond to renters needs and this one needs some help.

Ok for a short visit
The rental was the lower level of a house. It has the essentials for you stay, AC in all rooms. The only thing is that if you have renters on the above level, you can hear conversations, and dragging of furniture, happy they arrived our last night in there. The neighborhood is nice.
