Ficamos um dia somente . Piscina estava em reforma , achei que era hotel e depois descobri que era outro tipo de locação.

I like the cleanliness of the unit and the building. The beach access is great. The con’s you have to pay beach chair and umbrella rentals every day, pool under construction, there’s only a small deli type restaurant in the building. Overall the stay in the unit was good! Ac, fridge, mini kitchen, microwave , tv with great tv service and, washer and dryer machine (available for a fee) The host answered timely and he had the courtesy to send us recommendations to visit and a phone call to confirm arrival on the check in date.

SCAM!! The Owner has had this property listed with a pool and amenities that have not been open since 2022,he is fully aware of this and he does not make you aware of this until after you book, and has a no refund policy! The building is old reminds me more of a housing project vs a hotel. It is very outdated and barely a decent place to sleep, no comforters on bed, bare minimum of everything here, sheets seemed like they we not changed and floor seemed upswept. I feel bad for anyone who books here for more than an emergency place to sleep, and even then this is comparable to just a motel, cheap $100 and under rental. Hotel is also bankrupt per owner, and is actually ESJ tower not Mare 1660, it served as a place to sleep but is unreasonable of owner to false advertise pool and other amenities knowing they are not available and not offer any credit or refund back, and then have the nerve to compare this place to one of the nicer upscale hotels, evaluating and comparing this place as a $300 stay.

Room was professionally cleaned and video taped before and after guest staying. Blankets were in the drawers and I showed them to the guest. Guest sent a thank you note on departing date.We look forward to serve you again in the future.Thanks for choosing us at Mare St. Clair beach hotel/ ESJ TOWERS.

Excelente ubicación, pero el apartamento donde me quedé necesita remodelar los muebles. Por lo demás el lugar no tiene nada malo.
