Issues with stay and host

Es importante cuando se escribe una reseña decir todos los hechos los cuales usted no ha hecho y usted estaba pidiendo un reembolso de una estadía luego de usar la propiedad y por decisión suya sin ninguna excusa válida pretendía que se le devolviera el dinero y el cual lo pidió 1 semana después de irse de la propiedad es importante decir que nunca le he negado a nadie un reembolso siempre y cuando esté dentro de las políticas establecidas y aún así he hecho excepciones , pero no luego de usar y sin excusa pretender que se le devuelva el dinero

Publié le 28 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayI had to buy dish soap, trash bags, paper towels ,toilet paper. A/C was to small for the whole apartment, WIFI was so slow it wasn’t worth trying to use it. It is no where near a beach without a car. It’s just a shell.

Me da mucha pena sus comentarios y si las bolsas de basura y el papel toalla y el de baño que habían al momento de usted llegar a el apartamento pudo pedir más pero si no lo hizo y luego escribe para dejar malos comentarios me parece injusto , pero no dice en las condiciones que usted dejó el apartamento que inclusive las comidas que dejó ni tan siquiera pudo botarlas en el zafa con que tenía al frente de la puerta de salida y dejó todo prendido y sumamente sucio , parece como si nunca se hubieran quedado en un hospedaje , parece mentira que luego de esto se les ocurra ser tan desconsiderados en dejar este tipo de comentario me da mucha pena por ustedes

Weekend Getaway
Publié le 7 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice space for two people. Esaul was a very good host, we met him on our first day in SJ, so he was accessible if needed. We didn't have any problems with the property at all. It was in a good location, close to the airport, and most of the major attractions in the city.

Low-cost accommodation in a safe neighborhood near San Juan
Publié le 13 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayOverall our stay was decent. Our host was very nice and he responded to every question or need immediately...so appreciated!
Pros: clean, quiet older neighborhood, convenient to San Juan and all major highways, nearby Costco, Walmart, etc.
Cons: The apartment was on the second floor, although the photo left us with a first floor impression. If this information was in the listing, I missed it. The amenities are very basic, so it felt a bit institutional rather than minimalist but worked for our needs this trip.
The apartment is open air in the kitchen, LR and bath but air conditioned in bedroom for the nights. We turned it off during the day and left windows and doors open for a nice breeze.

Great Location, Subpar Host
Publié le 3 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was, an interesting stay. Upon arrival we were met with broken glass, and a dripping light fixture in the kitchen. Which were easy fixes that honestly don’t matter. However, it was the host throwing rocks at our window to get our attention that really set the tone for our stay here. It was an attempt to get our attention that we had parked in the wrong spot… when he could’ve just knocked on the door. Ultimately, we liked that the area was more local and not in the touristy part of town but, things could’ve been better. 6/10, would recommend but with a warning.
