Ocean Park Studio - Just A Few Blocks From Ocean Park Beach!

Located a few blocks from the beach in Ocean Park, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Within the best beach neighborhood in San Juan known as Ocean Park.

This fully furnished studio is located on the sixth floor of a condominium building in the gated neighborhood of Ocean Park. Windows on three sides allow for fantastic breezes, day and night. Views of Condado and sunsets to the West, partial Ocean views as well as sunrises to the East, and El Yunque to the South East. Furnishings include a sectional couch with coffee table, queen size bed and night table, dining table for two (inside or out on the balcony) as well as TV with DVD and Sony CD player. Wireless access. The bathroom includes a walk in shower with a window to view the Blue Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a company washing machine. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are also included. There are two chairs and a table for you to enjoy the balcony. Off street parking is also included.

Excellent location
A very nice, simple place with an excellent location. I really enjoyed staying here. It's one block from the beach! We didn't need anything, but Christopher checked in on us to make sure everything was going as planned. I would recommend this location to a friend.

Lovely studio!
The condo was very nice. Communication was easy and quick response time. The only thing I would mention is there is a 1-2 inch height difference at the kitchen and bathroom entrances. Very hard to notice height difference which may be a problem for sight impaired, elderly or handicapped. Otherwise, everything was as advertised.

Perfect Stay
This is a super nice unit in a great location...Extremely safe gated neighborhood-comfortable furniture and bed-gorgeous views from the balcony-one block to the beach-short walk to restaurants-very responsive host-easy check in- everything was just as listed and pictured. What more can you ask for? Will definitely be back!

Amazing
We arrived a day late due to the weather. They allowed us an extra day to compensate. It looked just like the photo listed. They also were available for any concerns. The restaurants were amazing, people were friendly and we were 2 blocks from the beach! Location was secure and quiet. Highly recommended

We Had An Amazing Stay
We had a great 6 night stay! It was extremely close to the beach and right by a ton of eating establishments. I can say there were only two things during our stay we encountered, the first being ants in the apartment. It wasn't a true inconvenience as they only came out if you leave food on the countertop so we just kept food in the fridge. Also in the neighborhood there are huge potholes so please be extremely aware as we got a flat tire on our rental but we were able to replace it fairly quickly. Although we didn't need anything from Chris during our stay he was extremely responsive when we were checking in and checking out. I just know if we did need anything he would have taken care of us. Overall this was an amazing stay and when I come back to PR I will be sure to book here again!

Lovely week long stay
This is a nice sized studio, full kitchen (small fridge), comfortable bed, great bathroom, and fab balcony in the neighborhood Ocean Park. It’s really close to a nice beach, eateries, and I felt safe due to the enclosed property and neighborhood. Loved my time here and will try to stay yearly. Property manager very responsive and also let me know in advance when there was construction work being done on a different floor.

This property sits right next to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood… The condo is real clean an equipped with everything u need!! I would highly recommend this Ocean Park Condo.. I will book this Condo again… Loved this area of San Quan…

When we got there was very late. Did not have enough indformation on how to open the lock to get the keys. We did not know you have to push both botton at the same time to get it open. Manager did not answer his telephone during our check in moment. We got there late because of a delay on the flight.

The heart of it all
We stayed at the studio for a short get-away. It was perfect! The location puts you in a very quiet neighborhood while enjoying being close to great restaurants, shopping and easy access to major highways leading to all points of interest.

Great location
My husband and I stayed for a weekend. This was our second trip to San Juan and Chris’ place not only was just as it appeared in the listing, but this was a really great location. Chris was highly responsive throughout the whole stay. The accommodation had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property for a short vacation or long term stay

This studio condo was a lovely place to stay for our week in San Juan. Tile floors throughout were nice after the beach. Chris was flexible with our arrival and departure times. He also provided a lot of information about the neighborhood and things to do in and around the city and the island. There is a view of the ocean from the corners of the balcony but the condo ourself faces away from the ocean. Residents & neighbors were friendly. The location was great. We were two short blocks from access to the beach (Calle Tapia entrance) and about 1/4 mile to the main beach area (Santa Ana entrance). Also about 1/3 of a mile away was the main entrance to the (gated) Ocean Park neighborhood and dozens of restaurants within another few blocks. And if you didn't feel like walking up to 1/2 mile, electric scooters were available to rent every couple of blocks. A couple of warnings about getting around, none of which have to do with this property specifically. 1) there are a lot of one way streets in this neighborhood, and the Apple maps app didn't recognize them as one way. We had much better luck with Google maps. 2) allegedly most of the gates to Ocean Park are open during the day, but in the week we were there, only one other gate was ever open that we saw - we used it on our way to brunch and it was locked by the time we returned. Just assume your only way in/out is via Calle Santa Ana. 3) beware the potholes. Would love to stay at this wonderful location again!
