The veach chairs, cooler, and umbrella were great for the beach one block away. Its exactly how its picture We would definitely comeback and stay there agai !!d. With a nice sized closet and shower.shower

We Had An Amazing Stay
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great 6 night stay! It was extremely close to the beach and right by a ton of eating establishments. I can say there were only two things during our stay we encountered, the first being ants in the apartment. It wasn't a true inconvenience as they only came out if you leave food on the countertop so we just kept food in the fridge. Also in the neighborhood there are huge potholes so please be extremely aware as we got a flat tire on our rental but we were able to replace it fairly quickly. Although we didn't need anything from Chris during our stay he was extremely responsive when we were checking in and checking out. I just know if we did need anything he would have taken care of us. Overall this was an amazing stay and when I come back to PR I will be sure to book here again!

Lovely week long stay
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a nice sized studio, full kitchen (small fridge), comfortable bed, great bathroom, and fab balcony in the neighborhood Ocean Park. It’s really close to a nice beach, eateries, and I felt safe due to the enclosed property and neighborhood. Loved my time here and will try to stay yearly. Property manager very responsive and also let me know in advance when there was construction work being done on a different floor.

This property sits right next to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood… The condo is real clean an equipped with everything u need!! I would highly recommend this Ocean Park Condo.. I will book this Condo again… Loved this area of San Quan…

indformation on how to open the lock to get the keys.
We did not know you have to push both botton at the
same time to get it open.
Manager did not answer his telephone during our
check in moment. We got there late because of a
delay on the flight.

The heart of it all
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at the studio for a short get-away. It was perfect! The location puts you in a very quiet neighborhood while enjoying being close to great restaurants, shopping and easy access to major highways leading to all points of interest.
