I stayed for three nights overall it was ok when you come there they don’t really give you a lot of information on things nobody told us anything about breakfast or food period they don’t have a shuttle the shower was nice beach access good but I give it a 6/10 overpriced windows were dirty our floor wasn’t mopped the whole trip

The property is a hidden gem. The rooms and customer service are excellent. Direct access to the beach make it a great place to relax and is located in a quiet, calm area.

The property was nice , loved how close it was to the beach. The staff was accommodating but I did run into an issue where I ordered the birthday package that came with balloons, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and they did not have that ready for me at all once I arrived even thought they mentioned that they would have, but after going to the lobby a few times for a reminder, eventually they did. Overall a nice stay and I do recommend anyone looking to enjoy the Isla Verde area of Puerto Rico to stay here !

Beautiful property although the pictures look slightly better than the actual property. Was told they did not have transportation but the very first sign in the lobby was them offering transportation so they need to get thst corrected overall i would give them a 4.8

Beautiful hotel facing the beach. Seems like they still have some work to do. The pool on the bottom is amazing but the roof top needs to be finished or completed. I would stay here again. My room was really nice

Very comfortable bed,,,,,restaurant on top floor was very expensive ($75 with tip for breakfast for 2)....Nice perk was beach chairs/umbrella came with room. Room was good in size also. Overall the building needs to be maintained better, outside glass needs to be cleaned, from of building needed sweeping, ice you had to ask front desk for, I didn't see any vending but a Walgreens was within 3 mins walking distance. Hotel is close to airport and short taxi drive to Old San Juan/ Condondo beach area,,,,,,,and beach is directly in the front of the hotel so very convenient

The bed had sand in it. Contacted the hotel via email after visiting the front desk twice and no apology or comp. Tries to get a water at the bar while we waited and were told it was closed (diners were still present). Lots of attitude but not high quality.
