LOCATION - 5 Minutes from the Airport
This quaint and beautiful condo is located in the heart of Isla Verde. Only 5 minutes from the airport, on the best beach in San Juan and arguably one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico.

SECURITY - 24 HOURS
The Racquet Club Condominium is a safe, 24-Hour doorman building literally 5 STEPS to the beach. You cannot get any closer. The building is clean and has spectacular ocean views. My condo is on the 9th Floor.

PARKING - INCLUDED
Parking is at the building.

AMENITIES
There are linens and towels, a coffee maker, toaster, 4 basic beach chairs, a cooler, games, puzzles, books, a Bluetooth stereo, Smart TVs and a Smoke/Carbon Dioxide detector.

TRANSPORTATION – RENT A CAR OR NOT?
In terms of transportation, you really don't need a car. Uber is cheap in Puerto Rico and the local bus is around the corner. You can take a bus to Old San Juan, where you can take in some museums or visit the world famous El Morro, or easily get to other parts of the island.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This apartment is clean! There are floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, which provide an open feel as you gaze on the beautiful crescent portion of Isla Verde beach. Sit down and have your cup of morning coffee admiring the aqua green and cerulean blue sea, incredible ocean breeze and ample sunlight. I guarantee you... the view is breathtaking!

The condo is only steps away from the Isla Verde strip, where you can walk to everything, from the Royal Sonesta Hotel (formerly the Inter-Continental), Ruth's Chris, to the "soho chic" rooftop restaurant and bar at the Water & Beach Club Hotel a few doors down. The former CVS (now Caribe Pharmacy) is at the corner. You will find Walgreen’s, delis, restaurants, Pueblo supermarket, and a number of fast-food restaurants all in walking distance. The El San Juan Hotel, a lobby possessing architectural beauty, an amazing chandelier at the bar, high-end restaurants, night clubs and the spectacular casino, awaits you only a few blocks away!

If you don’t feel like going out, there are 2 bars on the bottom of the building - check out Torres Place where the drinks are great and the seafood empanadas are delish! You are also bound to meet the locals, some New Yorkers or tourists from around the globe. By the end of the night, hopefully everyone will probably know your name!

Lastly - guess what? You can actually get me, the owner on the phone! Novel idea speaking to a human right? My management company will take good care of you, but at least you know, you will always be able to reach me!

Perfection Getaway
This condo is a perfect getaway for a couple. My wife and I had a fabulous time and enjoyed every minute. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, had a comfy bed, great kitchen, and the view...well, that was absolute perfection. We will definitely stay again!

Everything was good, but I have one recommendation and that is they need to replace the beach chairs and umbrella with Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella. A better sofa would be a lot better than one they have. Other than that it was all good.

The condo inside is wonderful and just steps from an amazing beach. We had a great time staying here for our 1st trip to San Juan. I don't recommend getting a rental car because it's easy and safe to just uber.

Spent 5 days in this condo and it was excellent, Jennifer is very responsive. Many restaurants around, supermarket 1 block away. 15-20 minute drive to old San Juan and you can just walk to the beach.

Week summer getaway
The apartment was very nice just like advertised I only wish it had a balcony. We only had two hiccups both was beyond there control we had no electricity for about 6-7 hours the last two days of vacation so that put a little damper on the end.the people before us took the remote for The bedroom tv so we couldn’t watch in the bedroom we had three adults which was fine not good if there was 4 the Fulton wasn’t that big other wise it was a good spot I would go again

We had our yearly vacation and stayed in this apartment right off the beach. It faces the beach, wonderful views. It is small but very well furnished, perfect for a small family or couple looking for some time away. Close to shopping and eating locations all around.

Isla Verde Beach Condo
To sum it up, our experience was terrific. First, from the moment I reserved the condo a few months earlier to the time we checked in, the communications were excellent and frequent, both from Ricky the property manager and Jennifer the owner. The condo was beautiful, well maintained, great view, and the location couldn't be better. The security guard Eduardo was very helpful. Whenever I called Ricky with a question, he always answered the phone and was able to address my question. I highly recommend this property!!! #puertoricobeachrent

Amazing !
Our first time in Puerto Rico and this place did not disappoint! It’s in a perfect location. It was spotlessly. They provided extras like a cooler and beach chairs lots of games and the AC was cold. It’s located right on the beach, walking distance to many cool spots which we visited. We had a brief power outage and the manager was super responsive and power was back on within 15 minutes. Everything seems secure. The beach was gorgeous 10 out of 10. She was flexible with our time due to our later flight, especially on the Fourth of July, which we wish we could’ve stayed for because it looks super fun! Can’t wait to book again thank you so much, Jennifer.!!!!

This property was perfect for our family of 3. It was clean and appeared to be recently renovated compared to the condo building (Raquet Club) it was in. We were very well taken care of by the owner and manager. You can’t beat this view for the price! We’d stay here again.

Beautiful stay!
We had an amazing time at the beach. We stayed for 8 days and it was beautiful weather for the duration. The property manager and host were easily reachable and communicated with us multiple times. There are several places in walking distance but I do recommend renting a car to get the full experiences of the island. If you have a vehicle keep in mind that you must check in with the security person and then go up tot he room before parking the vehicle. It makes for a much smoother experience. The accommodations were nice and simple and we had a beautiful view! We loved it!

Beautiful condo!
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Isla Verde beach is the most beautiful beach in our opinion! Steps away from the beach and the view from our room was amazing. Check in was a little difficult as we got in to San Juan at 2am, but security was helpful and property manager was prompt to answer questions and solve issues. Many restaurants close by. The pool was not busy and clean. Check out was very easy! Would stay again!

Great Option in Isla Verde
Cost effective cute apartment in Isla Verde. Having been to Isla Verde before and knowing the neighborhood I am also aware of the prices this area can garner. As an avid and frequent traveler, I look for the cost-effective option whenever possible. Being cost effective doesn't mean you have to sacrifice. Such is the case with Jennifers condo. The place is clean, nicely decorated, and with a view that can't be matched. Communication was excellent, building staff was helpful, and the neighborhood is safe both day and late night. As others have stated the building doesn't look like much from the outside and even in the lobby but please do not let this distract you from staying here. I would totally rent again and guess what I can because I took the cost-effective option in the first place!
