Spectacular Beach View Next to Fairmont El San Juan

Our apartment at ESJ Towers is located at a beachfront condo-hotel in Isla Verde Beach, a very popular touristic area of Puerto Rico. The beach is right on the back of the Condo Hotel. The swimming pool is still closed for repairs. We do not have the exact date of the reopening.
We have a prime location next to Fairmont El San Juan, walk to the casino, bars, restaurants, night live, music and close to car rentals, fast-food places, supermarket.
Of course the best beach in the north side of the Island Isla Verde Beach.

Also, this ocean view apartment has a comfortable kitchen, a spacious bathroom, balcony, air conditioning, 50" smart TV, high speed internet, gym, game room and more.
We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company.

Great location and value!
This property is in a fabulous location - right on the beach. The beach has rentable chairs and umbrellas from local vendors and was enjoyable for our entire family.The pool deck was still under construction so we didn't get to see it.The property was clean, the AC was cool - we spent most of our time sightseeing and by the ocean!Great value for a great location!

The room was great for a place to sleep at the end of the day and a room to get ready in. We did come into an issue with the fridge but it was checked on immediately and fixed by the next day which was amazing. There are ants, at first they did not bother which was not a concern of ours but by our second to last day they began to bite. Ants can be common in some areas so I recommend some ant spray. Other than that, the stay was nice!

I booked this property because the beach is a 3 minute walk. The views of the ocean from the balcony is spectacular. The bed is comfortable. The condo needs few updates: water pressure in the toilet is low, shower head has layers of calcium deposits. Suggest that you install a shower organizer to store shower gels and shampoo instead of on the edge of the bath tub. The cleaning attentant needs to clean on top of the refrigerator. I highly recommend that the drain pipe of the AC be fasten to the wall so that the water goes into the drain hole and not the balcony floor. The peeling paint in the balcony's ceiling needs a paint job with an appropriate paint. The 2 biggest issues I faced was: (1) I was locked out of the condo for over 2 hours. The battery in the digital wifi operated door lock died. As a result, I could not get in. Secondly, the light went out. I was told light outage is common in Puerto Rico. Due to no power in the condo, there was no Wi-Fi. The front desk did not have a spare key. Attepted to call Property Manager, but she was on a flight. After she called back, I explained to her the situation, but she tried to make it seems like it was my fault. I had to wait until the cleaning lady come with the key. Since it was the only key, I had to make sure it was around my neck at all times. (2) Black ants came into the condo unto the bed and was bit all over my body. She said they were mosquito bites because those ants do not bite. PM offered late check out.

Amazing stay! Beautiful and prime location!
This stay is an amazing experience. We would definitely book again. Super accommodating and responsive host. Rosa is very friendly! Only steps away from the beach and restaurants/bars. There’s a supermarket on the corner to get groceries from as well. There’s a café in the lower level of the hotel that we got to enjoy, as well as super friendly and attentive staff in the building. Ubers were extremely affordable but cars are definitely not required for this stay. We had a wonderful time staying here. The room overlooks the beach. The room was complete with anything you would need, sunscreen, dishes, beach, chairs, etc. We have no complaints about our stay at all all!

We had a great stay! Beaches are lovely. Lots of Tiki access. Fairmont hotel next door has great food and staff! Easy access to everything with Taxis outside Fairmont. Nice grocery store behind Chilis just a few blocks. Good restaurants on Main Street. Slept great. We used the small kitchen too. AC worked well. Beautiful view. Kind, available host! Five stars! We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It's by the beach and all restaurants and stores are within walking distance. We asked the front desk about the pool and was not its not working. Although we did had a blast, people at the front desk were not friendly and rude. They are no longer available after 6 pm. They do have a laundry in the basement where the parking is but you need a plastic token which you need to purchase at the front desk, (again no one was available after 6 pm) laundry is open till 11 pm per the instructions.

I paid for this stay 3 weeks ahead of time and I spoke with Ms.Rosa on many different occasions. However the check in was at 3pm and when I got to the property at 3:45 she advised me that I would not be able to get in cause it was not clean and she was waiting on someone to clean the property. She never called me or anything to advised me of this so I was at her door with all my bags. When I asked about the time that it would be ready she began to yell at me tell me that I was not considerate HOWEVER she wasn’t considering that I had been up since 3am and I was ready to lay down and I should of been able to get in the property. She had my $900 and I had to find somewhere else to stay after I had already planned my trip around that address. I don’t advise no one to book here.

Great location and value
This is a nice little place with a small cooking area, full fridge and sink. The hallways of the building could use some TLC but overall still good. The lobby is very clean and open. The pool was down during our stay so no review there. Location is very good. Most everything is in walking distance. Very secure and great beach access. It’s not the El San Juan but it is a great value for the price. I would stay again.
