Room for 4 guests. Convenient location for the ecotourist who will be enjoying the beauty of nature: Bio Bay, Seven Seas, Icacos and El Yunque. Wake up and enjoy your coffee looking out to the Caribbean Sea or end your day walking home from your night kayaking at the Bio Bay. Free wifi and Roku TV with my PrimeTV, Disney+ and Peacock streaming accounts loaded for your use.

Las Criobas has several restaurants and of course you can fully stock your fridge from the local Walmart to make breakfasts, lunches and snacks. There is a microwave and stove for your use. Kitchenette has cooking utensils and pans.

Check in process was really simple. Property feels secure with the security personnel that are vigilant about cars coming and going etc. The view is great, sitting on the balcony was so relaxing. We liked the area, very close to the Kayak village so its really convenient for the bio bay excursions. Grocery store not far away if you want some essentials. The condo has fridge, microwave, small stove top area, etc. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. The stay at the studio was just as described! It's super close to restaurants, bio bay, El Yunke and water taxis to neighboring islands. It was perfect for the day trips we wanted to take and great to come back to a beautiful view.

Relaxing with wonderful views
Stayed a week for my partner’s 50th birthday. Thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony watching the yachts and ferry come and go in the marina. Swam and sunbathed at the relaxing pool. Walked to local restaurants for great food and drinks and strolled along the water there and back. Truly beautiful location.

Overall a good stay
Overall it was a great stay. We enjoyed the view each morning whilst drinking our morning coffee. The condo was clean and might just need some upkeep. Check in was super easy and we appreciated the condo security. There is some feedback for the host. We were expecting to cook our dinners in the condo and i was disappointed with the lack of working knives, a cutting board, etc. There was one old plastic spatula. I would just recommend in providing some good cooking supplies, more than two trash bags, a broom or vacuum. Especially for those guests staying more than a couple of days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Million dollar view!
If you are staying in Fajardo this is a lovely place! Pretty much everything is available, reasonable space, comfy bed and access to a few good local restaurants -- highly recommend Racar as it is really local and reasonable. A little tough to find breakfast places nearby so be prepared to drive or cook at the condo on Tuesday and Wednesday. It's great to sit on the balcony and watch the harbor activity. The hostess is communicative and helpful and we found the condo to be a great place to spend time; the parking is also secure which is a bonus.

Wife and I spent her 50th enjoying our first trip to Puerto Rico. We had an amazing time and this location is perfect to relax and enjoy some of the best things to do in Fajardo. Cozy studio for 2 people with great views. We will be back again soon.
