Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeping arrangements for 4 guests, this Mediterranean-style villa is a fantastic size and layout for families, couples, or friends escaping to paradise together. The moment you arrive, your mind will immediately become at ease in the unit's beautiful interior. Tasteful decor, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of natural light abound throughout 1,100 square feet of tastefully appointed living space, making the villa feel very clean and airy. Free parking is included for one car only.

As you gather with your companions in the spacious living room, open the French doors to let the refreshing ocean breeze in - you'll love the way this property's indoor living spaces seamlessly blend with the outdoors. After a memorable day in the sand and surf, come home to prepare tapas and cocktails in the modern kitchen, fully equipped with granite countertops and all the necessary cooking appliances. Later, step outside to the private balcony, where you can admire picturesque views of the golf course. You may even spot a few iguanas and other wildlife while taking in the scenery! When you're ready to call it a night, retreat to one of the bedrooms, or charming loft, to rest up for the next eventful day. All the other amenities you want in your ultimate home-away-from-home are here, including WiFi, cable TV, air conditioning, in-unit laundry machines, and 2 travertine marble bathrooms.

This villa is a short walk from the recreation area, featuring a newly renovated swimming pool and gazebo. Please note that the hotel’s pool is for their guests only and is NOT part of this rental. The villa has access to only one pool. The pool in front of the beach is for owners’ use only.

You certainly won't have to venture far from the villa to access the incredible wonders of Puerto Rico. From here, you'll be just 10 minutes from the El Yunque, a National Rainforest boasting spectacular waterfalls, gorgeous vegetation, and scenic hiking trails that allow you to access enchanting sites. For more outdoor adventure, visit Bioluminescent Bay, Vieques Island, or La Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve in Fajardo. Don't miss snorkeling at Flamenco Beach on Culebra Island! Luquillo can be reached in a short drive and offers more glorious beaches and great restaurants. I don’t usually do reviews, but it felt like I had to save someone else. The property is very beautiful great location, first of all the villa is in a beautiful location. We had a great time, but the villa was very dusty. We had no hot water. There were roaches. It could be a very beautiful place but needs a lot of TLC. We communicated with the owner about not having any.

Fantastic property, awesome location, great beach
The property itself was very nice. Clean and well maintained and decorated. (The only slight negative is that the washing machine is pretty noisy. We got in the habit of putting a load in when we went out for the day.) The pool is a very short walk away, and includes a nice hot tub. The beach is a bit of a walk (10 minutes or so) but it's an easy walk and very little traffic. The beach is absolutely incredible! I had done a lot of research into various beaches around PR. Some are rocky, some have seaweed and other debris accumulated on the beach, some are crowded. Because this property is part of a gated resort area, the beach is very well maintained. It seemed like it was groomed every day. The sand was clean and the water itself was clean as well. This is not crystal clear water like you might see in Hawaii, but I've been to many beaches where it felt like something was going to sneak up to me in the water and take a nip out of me. I didn't feel that at all here. And perhaps the best part is there were practically no other people on the beach! The Wyndham is a big fancy hotel on the property right on the beach, and that area had more people. But they are like 1/4 mile down the beach to the east. Where we went was at the west end of the resort area and had far fewer people. We were there towards the end of June and went to the beach every day for a week. On the busiest day you could look to the left and to the right for 200 yds and see no more than 10 people total!

The villa was as described. Everything was clean, in working order. No problems. The complex is really nice. Marisol responded very quickly to any request. The only thing I commented about was the noise of the washing machine. I worried that neighbors would come and ask what was going on it was so loud. We would definitely stay there again.

A perfect place
We had a great time. Perfect for a family of four with teens. The place is peaceful and the accommodation has all one needs. Marisol was extremely helpful and responsive. There are many options for discovering the island, super close to the rain forest, and easy access to San Juan, and ferries to Culebra or Vieques. Highly recommend.

Rio Mar Condo
The resort grounds are beautiful, and we loved the view from the back patio overlooking the golf course and ponds. Only a few steps needed to get into the unit from the reserved parking spot. Nicely decorated, and the kitchen is well equipped--but there is no oven! The bunk room and loft area could be fun for younger kids, but probably a little tight for older kids (or extra adults). Since it was just two of us, we didn't need this extra space. However, having a second bathroom in the unit is nice. Access to the beautiful beach (over 2 miles long) and pool is about a half mile walk, so we decided to drive to the parking lot and save our walking for the beach. We enjoyed eating at the Luquillo kiosks only a 10 minute drive away, but always came back to use the resort beach. The beach/pool access was only open until 6pm, while the second pool in the complex stays open later. We had a wonderful stay!

Fun in the Tropics
Originally supposed to go on the trip with my partner, change in plans at the last minute and, I had the whole villa to myself! The host is amazing and the property itself is everything you see and more. I slept so well at night and enjoyed the balcony day and night! I was only there a couple of days and wished I could have stayed longer. I did have a rental car but also walked down to the resort one day and it was an easy, nice walk in both directions. Would recommend this to anyone, single or otherwise and I hope to stay again in the future! Thank you, Olga!!

Very nice villa. Absolutely anything you possibly need was supplied. Only thing we would improve is the lighting in the bathrooms. Close to nice restaurants, the rainforest, rented atvs, went ziplining, was a lot of fun. A few minutes to the community pool and the beach. Thanks for everything!

Fabulous get away!!
My husband and I had a wonderful vacation for our 27th wedding anniversary in this beautiful well appointed villa. Cluster 2 is our favorite community to stay in. Beautiful community pool in walking distance, beautiful beach pool (also can walk but farther) most people drive golf cart down or car to spend the day or a couple of hours going between the beach with gorgeous walks either way & beach pool right there!! Best of both worlds!! Amazing!! Til next year cluster 2!!! 🌴🌞😎

The condo is exactly as pictured and more. It is a cozy, wonderful condition and beautiful views. The condo is nicely stocked and decorated and very clean. It is in a great location with two pools to use and beach access.

My wife and I have stayed at other homes in the past, however this property was the best by far!!! There was everything that we needed in the house. The host had everything labelled so we never had to search for anything we needed. The views were awesome and the entrance to the front door was great with parking a few steps from the front door. Modern kitchen was great! This villa is on the top on our list to return to!!

This was a nice little bungalow inside the Wyndham property. The couch folds out into a bed, so that was nice to spread us out more. Owner is very responsive and check-in/check-out instructions were very clear.

Family Relaxing
Two aunts (70s) and two cousins (30+) had an extended weekend at the villa. It was perfect. Each pair had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was perfect - everything was labeled which made for easy cooking in the morning. Beach chairs and towels were available for our use as well. The pool and hot tub (open til 10pm) within 2 mins walking distance made for a perfect evening relaxation routine. The balcony was delightful for morning cafecito y pan sobao. The washer/dryer made it great for us to return home with clean clothes. Our hostess answered any last minute questions we had and was prompt with responding. Hoping to stay there again!
