Right next to the highway, right down the street from santurce, right down the street from a lot of things! Lol

Not too good, not too bad… need to improve
Posted Sep. 16, 2024 on HotelsGood service of the hotel staff and great habdycap access in the room/bathroom, but no parking for people with disabillity, no access for wheelchair to the jacuzzi (roof), the telephone is out of service.

I really liked that the property had 24 hour service. Not that I was up all night, lol. But it was very reassuring that if I was in need of something in the middle of the night, someone would be there to help. The front desk was very kind and accommodating. I arrived very early to check in (I needed to get out of the humidity for a bit) and although I did have to wait a little while, they let me check in at least an hour prior. They even let me leave my luggage at the desk so I didn’t have to lug it around if I did leave the property. They do give you a check in ticket. That way no one else can claim your belongings later. I was able to get my “VIP drink” and they also let you borrow beach towels upon request. Just be sure to return it the same day. My room was always very clean upon returning from site seeing and they have drinks and sandwiches available in the lobby incase one comes back hungry or thirsty from all the site seeing. I really enjoyed my stay and I believe others will as well :-)
