A quaint spot in a hundreds-of-years-old building

Pour : The owner was very friendly and helpful, and we had a delicious dinner in the courtyard of the restaurant, since it was still warm enough to do so. There were several dozen other diners, apparently mostly locals, who also appreciated the food and atmosphere and seemed to be enjoying themselves as much as we were.
The original building has been nicely upgraded, keeping the original stone vaults and details.
It was also very affordable.
Contre : No complaints about service or accomodations, but off the beaten track enough to have no WiFi.
Emplacement : It was off season in a small seaside town, so very quiet.
