Ross is the owner of this establishment. Him and his family are wonderful friendly people. Any concerns Ross is there to make your stay warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and have all that you will need. Thank you for always making our stay pleasant. We'll be back soon.

The room was definitely spacious and made everything perfect! We also brought our dog and they gave us a complimentary poop bag to hook onto our leash for her!! Highly recommend and minutes from the shops and restaurants!

Everything we needed for a one night stay. Fast and easy check in by wonderful staff. Bed was comfortable. Walkable 4 blocks to marina district for good food.

Pros: the hotel is conveniently located and walkable to most areas in Morro Bay. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel staff was also really friendly and accommodating. The price of stay is also economical. Cons: The hotel is dated. The gentleman at the check in desk told us the property had recently been acquired so some of the rooms have not been renovated. Our first room was upstairs and immediately upon entry the room smelled bad. It smelled like a convalescent home. We asked for a room without carpet and were given one. It still had a similar smell, but tolerable. You can hear everything going on in the rooms next and above you, including outside.
