Seagull is a cozy, clean, bright cottage located just behind our Sand Dollar House and steps to the beach. You can enjoy the amazing views of the beach from the upper deck of this property. Go to sleep to the lulling sounds of ocean waves. Have your morning coffee on the Captain's deck, with its fabulous ocean view. Stroll out your front door, just steps to the sea. BBQ on gas grills, either on your beach patio or upper deck.

Enjoy boogie boarding, surfing, paddle boarding, wind kiting. Build a fire on the beach.

Two queen beds, one hide-a-bed. Bath and a half. Tv's in every room. Small kitchen has full size stove and refrigerator.

Laundry, high speed internet.

Air conditioning is not needed on the beachfront

Sand in your toes!
Step out your door and you are on the patio that backs up to the beach. A ton of nice soft sand can make it a challenge to walk to the beach, but we are 75 with bad knees, most people will not have any problem. A little eclectic with doors everywhere but once you get the lay of the land it is a very nice little duplex. Wouldn't suggest for more than 4 adults and 2 adults and 2 kids. We had two dogs and they loved roaming the dunes. Seems like everybody there has a dog or two. We drove onto the beach which was a real treat right up until the point we got stuck. Rookie/tourist mistake but two separate gentle men with 4x4 trucks stopped and gave us a tow. Enjoy!

Relaxing beach cottage
Property was great. Did not have ocean view but could hear the waves and birds singing. Did not know that Oeano is used as access point for pick-up trucks to drive on sand, so it was a bit odd, but still had some nice walks on the beach and had a dog with us too!

There was no info saying this property was a duplex. It was very confusing the layout of the property. My side (seagull side) was very dirty. There was dust everywhere. There were bugs on the master bed by the pillows and hair on the wall/floor of the shower. The pictures made it look easy to get to the beach. It wasn’t. I think I will stick with hotels from now on.

Cute little beach house
My husband, 3-year-old, and dog recently stayed here over Easter and had a blast! It’s a little small, but we’re used to small, and it was perfect for us. It’s such a cute and unique little beach house. We loved being so close to the beach and there is so much to do nearby! The owner, Nell, was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back!

The location was literally steps from the beach. The only issue was it was at the beach's entrance there was frequent trucks carrying ATVs interrupting this gorgeous view, to the point where we wonder if this was a street based on the amount of vehicle traffic. The beach was incredible early morning (before those shops opened) which gave me the beach front experience I had hoped for. The house was on the smaller side with a very small kitchen but successfully accommendated 3 adults and 1 infant just fine.The main issue we had is that it needed to be air out a bit when we arrived so I opened the windows and purchased some products to freshen the air and we were fine The host was incredibly nice and responsive.

This was such an amazing spot. We had the opportunity to sit back and relax by the beach. The place is in the perfect location with amazing views and a lot of really cool spots to sit back and relax. We had so much fun whether we were BBQing in the back, sitting by the fire, or hanging out on the rooftop space with the view. I absolutely recommend staying here if you can!

We got there and the place we rented was Small. The pictures on Verbo was not what I thought. Nell Accommodated us as soon as the other people left. I rented from her at four times already. My husband and I celebrated our 34th anniversary at this location last weekend. Had another great anniversary getaway again.This is a great place to get away for a few days, unwind, and enjoy the gifts of the sounds of the ocean. The property has changed over the years. I have also enjoyed seeing all the upgrades to this property. If you haven't seen this place, I would encourage you to go for a few days.

Fantastic time
Great location. As advertised and a super nice host/owner. The unit was well-equipped and the beachside firepit was fun. You can see the humpback whales breaching and feeding right from the firepit which was a pleasant surprise!
