The parking is limited. The room was small and average. We had the handicapped room. We were worried because we were in a breezeway and there was a lot of talking outside the room. Once it was midnight the noise was gone. The office hours was limited. We ended up just leaving the keys in the slot without getting a paper receipt. Very disappointing.

Staff was great. Weeds behind property were over grown. And homeless were living out of there car by the park. Parking was less then perfect as there are not enough spaces and we had to park on the street. Minor stuff but other than that we had a great time

Spend your money somewhere else
Save your money and go somewhere else. Room was clean but not cleaned well. Shower had hair on the walls, furniture is either stained or material is torn. Mattress is a joke. High in the center and sags on both ends. Front door had 1 inch gap under. 1 out of 6 lights actually worked in the bathroom. Water pressure didn’t really exist. Would never stay here again

Good value for your money
Check in was very easy and the front desk staff were friendly. The room was nice with a few small issues. Such as the carpet could be replaced, the glass in the fireplace was stained, and the walls had been platered but not painted. But overall the room were nice and the beds were comfortable.

Do NOT book a room with a couch bed and expect to have anyone sleep on it. It’s pure springs and miserable. I asked to switch rooms so o can can two queens beds instead of the King/coach bed room that I had booked and they wanted to charge me and additional $50 to switch it. A/C didn’t work in our room either and it was muggy hot. Won’t book here again.

Convenience and Cleanliness
The photos posted are a little misleading in that this hotel doesn't have a direct view of the bay. But it is within walking distance of the beach side of the rock and the trail that leads to it. This is a very clean and modest place. We loved the easy access to the 46 and the 1. The staff was kind and helpful. One recommendation is that they add the cost of pets to their description. $25 is reasonable, but I wish I had known ahead of time.
