Not very good
We didn’t have a great experience. We got there with our four young kids pretty late after a long day of traveling. The room had a sticky unclean floor that smelled pretty bad. Not sure if it was a room that had pets in it but it smelled like urine. We had to ask for a new room, and we were moved to a different room. At least the 2nd room was relatively clean, although older and very much outdated. Kids loved the pool tho. Breakfast buffet was ok, not great. We wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

The only thing I can say that was an issue was that the heater didn’t work properly. It was cold and I turned the heater on when we got there at 5pm. the unit didn’t put out heat until 3-4am

I stayed overnight at the property with my family, including two kids. The hotel is situated in a very safe and quiet location. The breakfast offered a variety of excellent options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The reception was average although improved with repeated interactions. The rooms were clean but a bit worn. This place is a haven for people with their dogs. We don’t have one but I wondered if they limit the pet rooms to certain rooms. The breakfast was calories but very average. I suppose it is typical for hotels in this price range. The hotel was full on a crowded holiday weekend, so that impacted our experience.
