We arrived to the hotel on Friday and I have a two year-old son. I went to put the latch on the top of the door not realizing it was broken. I walked away to set my bags down and my son open the door and ran out we had to change rooms for the safety of my son, he doesn’t know any better. Our toilet in the second room was plugged we called room service and they literally brought us a plunger to plunge our own bathroom. It seems like it was an updated hotel but they painted everything to make it look upgraded the railing on the second floor is leaning room are older bedding was clean. The pool had broken towels in it with black mold growing out of it. I quickly got my children out of it. Had a tint of green. The property is well-maintained meaning the lawn and clean just the pool needs some attention and the railing upstairs that’s leaning. Maybe next time someone can find our toilet for us so we don’t have to do this on vacation.

The gal at front desk charged me for early check in, which I did not do, then at chk out they girl said she forgot to chk me out, I knew about this because I called about the &72 charge on my card, said she was going to talk to someone because she didn’t know how to remove charge.
